Review for MANICURE: 41$ I went in this spa just for the manicure and semi permanent because I wanted to try some good products. See pictures of the day after! Negative: The day after the nail polish was already coming off and it wasn't applied uniformly, I can see strips not covered. I payed just 10 dollars more than a commercial semi permanent but the value would have been 20 dollars less at least. I did't have a good manicure, they didn't remove the cuticles (they barely level the nails). Positive: I wasn't really happy at the beginning but then I noticed my nail were smelling good (which doesn't happen in a commercial manicure center). So as expected in a spa center they just try to take your money!

This was an excellent experience the spa was incredibly accommodating with both an English masseuse in a predominantly French community (yes my French should be better but my brain just doesn't language well) and with the delay due to an accident outside the facility. The thermal experiance was both uniquely decorated and excellent. They limit the number of participants during covid times and we had a hot tub with waterfall entirely to ourselves. This place oozes small town charm and has fabulous staff to back it up.

Against : You have to be realistic, the spa is 2 jacuzzi, a sauna and a cold waterfall ... I would have liked jets in the bath. To enter the cold waterfall you have to put yourself in 1 foot of iced water ... really not the ideal. The lighting is poor. And It's tiny as a place you walk on your feet !! Contre : Il faut être réaliste, le spa c'est 2 jacuzzi, un sauna et une chute d'eau froide... J'aurais aimé des jets aux pieds dans le bain. Pour entrer dans la chute d'eau froide il faut se mettre dans 1 pied d'eau glacé... vraiment pas l'idéal. L'éclairage laisse à désirer. Et C'est minuscule comme endroit on se marche sur les pieds !! Bref, on se déplace plus pour un soin que les bains à mon avis.

On the other hand for the manicure, I never had to pay 15.00 anywhere to remove an existing varnish, which gives a gel manicure treatment on a natural nail and this even without taking a filling technique for a good finish that does not old manicure. I have always had the service of removing the existing gel polish to put on a new one that looks natural and clean for a professional manicure. Obviously if this service stays as it is I will have to find a professional place that does the job adequately at no additional cost. J'ai partout toujours eu le service d'enlever le gel vernis existant pour en remettre un nouveau qui fais naturel et propre pour un manicure professionnel. Il est évident que si ce service reste tel quel je vais devoir trouver un endroit professionnel qui fais le travail adéquatement sans frais supplémentaire.

The spa is nice, silly me I thought it would be in natural caves, it is not , they are man made. The staff is friendly , the floor can get very slippery so be careful.
