This place is excellent value for price! The quality of the treatment you receive is very good - I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for regularly scheduled affordable skin treatment options (specifically peels - performed every two to three weeks). The owner, Penny is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about each client's specific needs - you will witness this after your consultation with her. Their specialty is the 'dark skin peel' for women of colour who are affected by hyper-pigmentation. Mou is the best technician and always does a fantastic job!!!

I had the best experience at The Blacksea Spa. From the initial conversation to my first appointment they were very accommodating and very on top of everything. I had MO and she was just wonderful, I will definately be going back. I went in feeling so heavy and my face full of dirt. And I left feeling so light and so clean and rejuvenated. A must place for anyone in Scarborough looking for a clean and attentive spa. ????????

The pleasant client experience commenced with a warm welcome by the owner Pennie, enhanced by a warm cup of tea and sweets. The massage I received exceeded my expectations. I purchased gift certificates for the holidays for friends and families before leaving to introduce them to this find.

I got a microdermabrasion and hydro jelly mask from black sea spa and I am really happy with the service and the hygiene of this place. Zara was especially amazing with their service she provided. I recommend this spot for sure.

When I had first called to book my appointment, Penny was very thorough in explaining the treatment and customizing it to my specific needs. When I first arrived the esthetician was very kind , & spent extra time to make sure I comfortable & satisfied with my treatment. I left with my skin feeling clean, light , & glowing . Penny did explain how to proceed and what products to use moving forward. I’m so happy I chose Black Sea spa this service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking .

Wow what better way to begin a Saturday morning! As I walked in through the Blacksea Spa door, Penny the Spa owner gushed out with her usual, warm, friendly and welcoming self. I had an appointment for Microderm abrasion, and this time Moushumi was the one attending to me. Her calm, polite, friendly yet professional presence worked like catharsis on my soul. For the forty-five minutes of my sitting she worked meticulously on my skin, making my skin feel cherished and I am already looking forward to my next session with her. I walked out of the spa door yesterday feeling revitalized and ready to take on life. You have to visit the Spa to believe it!

Bad experience, there is no consultation, once you enter there you have to do some facial or treatment. Otherwise they will tell you to pay 25$. The girl who does the facial is nice though.

By far the most welcoming environment I’ve been to and the friendliest helpful staff that one could ask for. The whole process was explained to me in depth and was offered multiple options to choose from. The experience was definitely a good one and I’ve returned several times. It’s one of my favourite places to go and give myself a special treat. My friends have also become clients and love it as much as I do. I cannot recommend it enough, by far the best!!

This place is heaven. They are magicians. That’s my go to place for any skin issues or just to pamper my skin. I have had worst days due to my hormonal issues but they are saviours. My skin has gone from worst to theeeee best. I don’t need any doctors or any expensive products all I need just to give a call and book my appointment with The Blacksea Spa and I’m all set. My skin care regime is only visiting them and using their recommended products at home which are very natural and very effective.

I had a facial and microdermabrasion at the Blacksea Spa. I love the customer service, ambiance, and the AMAZING results. Everything Pennie gave me to care for my skin works wonders. I don’t have dryness And flaking around my nose, my bumps on my forehead have almost fully gone away and my redness and itchiness is gone. I went to the post office yesterday and the person who’ve I’ve not seen in a couple months says to me “wow what did you do to your face you look so much younger”. I will be going for oxygen and glow facial tomorrow! Can’t wait :)

I have gone to several spas over the years, gotten a variety of treatments from microdermabrasions to peels, and this is truly an absolute must go to place. The owner, Penny/Penney never tries to upsell you anything that you don't need but always recommends what is best for you. She has a treatment called dark skin peel which is an absolutely must for anyone with dark skin. Her spa is very reasonable, the quality of the facials are top notch, and just as top notch is the service. My skin has never looked so good! A hidden gem!
