Earlier this week my friend and I went to this facility and we both were not happy with the service. My friend did keratin treatment, hair coloring and i had hair cut. I wasnt happy with the hair cut cause she cut it too short and my friends hair coloring wasnt a complete success, so they offered her $40 discout. Overall it wasnt what we expected after reading all the reviews. And the customer service was also not great, they barely talked to us during the whole 4 hr process.

One of the best Hair and spa places i ever went to. Got a Oxygen Facial and full face waxing. They were really clean, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. The lady who did my facial gave a complimentary hand massage while the face mask was on.. And it was so good. Definitely recommend to everyone and will go back again without a doubt!!! ????
