Have been dealing with tension headaches caused by severe knots in shoulders and back for quite some time now. Second visit so far with the onsite RMT and all i can say is my results are remarkable. I feel so much lighter, relaxed, and calm. Definitely recommend

I called and a woman picked up yelling "JA JA JA" followed by "hello", I asked if I could book a couples massage or if it was possible and the woman on the phone hung up. I called back twice and no answer. This call was made one Dec 12 2020 approximately 1620 hrs.

I went there couple of time as it’s super close to my house. However, my last two visits were very disappointing. They seemed to be short staffed or overbooked themselves or something. I waited at least 20-30 after my scheduled appointment. When this happened on the second visit, I decided to leave because I felt that I was devalued as a costumer. It’s unfortunate because the location is very convenient, and the spa itself is very nice. The service however is terrible.

I came to this place for a “spa pedicure” which is supposed to be 45 minutes long as per their website. First of all, their pedicure tubs are filthy, forget about the so called added “flowers” described on their website. My feet were barely massaged and the whole thing took about 20min from start to end. The very sheer color was applied so badly that I had to lean forward to wipe off excess nail polish that was leaking around my nails...and if you think that your cuticles will get cut don’t even bother dreaming about it. Anyway, I’m never coming back to this place again! Please avoid it if possible

Went here yesterday for a massage and not going anywhere else. Joanna was amazing, professional, and most of all friendly. The massage was excellent. She also gave me my first face massage towards the end and that was an unexpected favourite. If you're staying in the hotel do yourself a favour and see if you can get an appointment with Joanna, well worth it. If you park don't forget to stop by the front desk to get your parking validated.

Had an amazing experience at Saachi with Rose! I am an RMT myself so I am not new to the spa thing. I had a Wayspa gift card and wanted to book myself a full spa day for my birthday. I looked at plenty of spas on the Wayspa website, and nothing I found was within my standards (and budget), until I came across Saachi. Called a few days ahead for a Thursday morning booking and was able to get in for all the services I wanted (90 minute hot lumi massage - highly recommend!!, facial, mani and pedi). Had no issues booking, staff was quick to return emails and very friendly. Overall impression was wow - beautiful, small but that's ok. Had the feel of a fancy expensive spa but extremely reasonable prices. For my whole day was $310 plus a tip. Got the fuzzy robe and slippers, treated like a queen all day. One downside was some music issues during the massage, but not the end of the world. Overall, a great birthday spa day, and with prices this good I will definitely be back! Thank you ladies!

Yes it's a cute spa and you get to use the pool and other hotel services HOWEVER, my husband and I went for a couples massage and felt like it wasn't really an actual RMT massage. It was more like someone just lethring oil all over your body! Then when we went to pay we saw the same persons name in both receipts! It's impossible since we were getting massage at the time from a two different people. They only have ONE RMT and uses her name on all the receipts! This happened twice ! Not sure how it's legal! Not recommended!

Went for a couple's massage. When we arrived all the staff were having lunch right at the entrance, so not a great first impression, since it smelled of food. My masseuse smelled of food as well, so not great. The massage itself was pretty terrible. Half of it was over the sheet and most of it was unbalanced. It was very obvious that she wasn't familiar with anatomy. Make sure to request an RMT!!!

This place does not treat you with respect, they only care about your money. I was told on the phone a couples massage was $90 each person, so I booked a massage for me and my friend, however once everything was done I was charged $390 because they gave me a facial treatment and face mask without giving me notice of any extra charge. I tried working things out with the employees but I felt harassed for my money. I later tried calling the manager but was shut down as she refused to solve the issue and rudely hung up on me multiple times. If I could, I would rate this place 0/5

They have it all and the girls working there are amazing- they have magic hands! Once I took my husband there - he now refuses to go elsewhere - only Saachi Spa! This Spa is inside the Delta Hotel so it gives you access to the hotel facilities too. Besides spa you can also go to gym, swimming pool, sauna, etc. And I specially love their yard since it has this really cute lounge area where they provide you with cute bench and coffee table for a rest. And if you look over the glass Atrium it felt like as if you were on vacation, which is super relaxing, which is ... the point for going to a spa in the first place! The massage therapists here are very considerate, you could tell them if there is any areas that you would like them to spend more time on. Quite great after a long hard-working week I would say! After the massage they provided you with a complimentary water therapy session, very relaxing experience since they put you in a private Jacuzzi room with light music and dim candles. They also do the Korean style facial and makeup here, which is convenient after a spa. They provide flippers, robe, snacks, drinks as well, so that's super handy. I heard they can even hold birthday party for kids as well, maybe that's something to keep in mind next time when you're searching for a party spot.

I went for a 90mins couples massage with my fiance. Ambiance is nice, had to tell the RMT to lower the music in there. After the music was lowered, it felt more calming and peaceful. The RMT seemed in a bit of a hurry but the massage was still nice. The 2 RMT's kept talking which was distracting when you are trying to relax. Overall, the massage was nice!

I'll definitely be returning. Brought the gf here. We got a facial and pedicures. Idk if it was a language barrier but it would have been nice if the all the staff were able to direct us while we were there. The rooms are nice and the staff did a great job. The indoor jungle really makes you feel like you're on a vacation.

What a gem of a spa in Scarborough. Spa is located within the ground (pool) level of the Delta hotel. Husband and I did a couples package here. Parking is always covered by the hotel so long as you go to the front desk to validate your parking after your spa visit. The staff and RMTs are friendly and experienced.

I always had a great experience here. I love getting the deep tissue massage. I do a lot of weight lifting so these ladies have their work cut out for them! They take care of all my knots and I leave feeling so relaxed. Great atmosphere and it's never crowded. I feel like I'm at a resort or something!

Since last year I have been visiting Sachi Spa with my Wife. Mostly we go there for facials an body massages. The service was excellent, and the staffs were very friendly. We went there for facial today, and two staffs performed our facial and had worst experience. They used the steam for only 10-15 seconds and then started pulling our blackheads unprofessionally. Face pores were not opened at all, and it was very painful. When we asked them the reason, they were very angry and rude, after that both of them started talking in their own language and rubbing our face with oil. Basically, they were just killing time. After that, we decided to leave the place. My Wife and I paid $180 ($90 for 1-hour facial).but not even 15 minutes of facial was done. After coming home my Wife had to put ice on her face for hours and still it burns ,We will be travalling tomorrow morning and now regretting going to Sachi Spa for our facial. I will be taking my Wife to a doctor tomorrow morning and confirm if any damage ware done to her face from the facial.

Loved the atmosphere! it set me in a serene mood as soon as i was sat down. The lighting, the candles and the music took me to another place. The staff were professional and courteous and they made me feel like a million bucks! The massage was a little hard on me at the beginning but the masseuse quickly adjusted after my comments and it was plain awesome afterwards. I would definitely go back to Saachi!

My husband and I got a massage here on April 5, 2019. First they were "running late" and so we waited about an hour. Their way of getting us to save time was asking us to pay before going in. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Our "massage therapists" had no idea what they were doing. The lady had no idea how to drape with the sheet, she was basically just rubbing my skin with oil and killing time. I asked for more pressure and literally nothing changed. She spent the last 10-15 minutes randomly pressing parts of my head but then completely missed my calves and shoulders. My husbands massage was no better, his "therapist" also spent the hour killing time by doing random things and she completely missed one arm. I'm pretty sure this place has one legitimate RMT and then hires random people and pays them under the table cause clearly the two that did our massage had ZERO training. Waste of time and money.

I was very excited to visit this spa. Great reviews and reasonable prices. When I arrived the first thing the woman at the front asked is if we wanted to purchase a deal they had going on basically to spend 500 bucks so you can claim everything through benefits and come back for anything you want. Not a bad deal of course but gave you a weird feeling of okay they are scammers. Then walked in and was offered the option of slippers or keeping my runners on. Why not have everyone take off their dirty shoes and change into slippers? Not a big deal moving on. We were then asked to sit in the waiting area. No robes. The seating area was not relaxing at all. Massage therapists yelling at each other from room to room and that beautiful water wall feature you see in the photos is leaking onto the floor and the pipes make such a loud noise. I also saw 1 guest slip on the wet floor. We kept waiting and our massage was 30 minutes late with no apology or updates. The massage room was nice but loud. You hear children from the pool yelling and again other massage therapist yelling from room to room. I didn't even meet my RMT, no introduction, couldn't even tell you who touched me the whole time. My massage was not a massage. It was someone just lathering essential oils on me. It was also cut short by 5 minutes. On the way out we sat down for some water back in the waiting area only to find used sheets from the massage table on the seating sofas. Employees kept walking by like this was normal. When we were paying I noticed both my friends receipt and mine had the same RMT name a #. Not possible. It was obvious that only 1 employee is certified and they just use her name on everyone's receipt. That would explain my oil lathering service - she has never studied how to touch people. On top of everything no one told us we could use the pool or hot tub. Can't imagine the look I would get if I asked for a robe and towel.

This is the absolute worst facility for customer service and professionalism. my mom and I were gifted a coupon to visit your spa for different services. We came in for the first time last week and there was an issue with the appointment booking as soon as we entered . I had requested two appointments at the same time and but was told they were booked back to back. We stayed anyway. Moms manicure lasted 15min despite the advertised 30min. I was next. One staff started the manicure then passed it onto the next staff. The next staff was absolutely rude and did an amateur job. She didnt even greet me upon entering the room. When I gave feedback about how I felt about the manicure, she started getting angry. The manager was called into the room. The manager said she couldn't do much and had to leave. Then offered that the receptionist could finish my manicure. Ridiculous !! I asked the receptionist to remove the color off my nails and left. Booked an appointment for next week instead. The second appointment there was again a mistake with the booking. There was no apology on the phone from the receptionist . After a few phone calls.back and forth, she ended up hanging up on me. I'm very upset about my experience here and how everything is handled. I have yet to receive a call from the manager. They don't care about their customers. Keep saying they don't make much from.the coupons. I'm planning to report this place to the better business bureau. Everybody stay away from this place. they are far from professionalism and needs to be closed down.

I don’t often put reviews. But I feel like this time I need to let everyone know that this is the worst place to go. If I could give 0 star rating, that’s what I would put. The massage I received was not great, seems the lady that did my massage was not a RMT. Just literally rub my back and head lazily. On top of that I needed my receipt for my claim and it literally took me to call them 10x for them to give it to me.And when I ask to speak to a manager she was never around and never did I get a call back from her. Please stay away from this place.

It's inside Delta hotel .The place looks like it's from a tropical resort with the soothing scent of lavender.the warm and cozy atmosphere made it so relaxing. The experienced massuer was so attentive. I walked out feeling like a new man. My money was well spent here I will recommend this place to everyone.

Scam of a company. Stay away! If you have insurance and you're trying to claim your massage therapy with their 'RMT', you WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. Saachi has been delisted 2 TIMES! 1) First delisted on January 25, 2018 2) Tried to change their name to "Delta Spa and Wellness" and was delisted AGAIN on July 12, 2019 All the positive reviews on Google Reviews are FAKE - accounts made by themselves, reviews made by themselves. Stay away. Don't get scammed...

I always get my massage, manicure and pedicure done here. I feel they are different from the other spa place. They are more diversification. They have a saachi day, I can literally spend my whole day here to relax. Massage facial manicure pedicure and the hydro bath. After the massage I can even use the swimming pool out there. That’s really fun. I will bring my kids next time. Thanks for the Christmas gifts.

So I sent my husband to this SPA, as he really wanted it, we were from out of town. In the Men's package, among other items, also included Hydrobath and lunch, but these were not given to him due to COVID. However they didn't give him anything else instead and charged him the same fee of $290 plus tax. Do discount on what was not included (a value of at least $80) He asked for a credit but was not given any and then they wanted to charge him extra for other services which was not needed. I would not recommend this place at all for their services.

I would have given this Spa with no star!! Very unprofessional staff as they talk in their language and play with cell phone during the treatment! My husband and I booked a 60 mins massage but only received 50 mins service. Very disappointed experience and would never visit again!

Went for a staycation with another family. We love the hotel and the amenities -- perfect for what we need and the kids love the swimming and the pool. Massage was ok -- clean and relaxing BUT as another poster has commented -- I was denied RMT coverage when submitting the receipt to our insurance carrier. Don't expect to be reimbursed -- they are not RMTs. Even if they give you an RMT receipt, it will be denied. My insurance carrier is NOT covering this establishment. If you are ok with them not being RMTs and denial of insurance coverage, go for it. It was a nice experience overall.

I used to like the fact when you come here with the kids. The hotel allowed the kids and the spouse to use the swimming and Sauna/steam facility. NO MORE. The massage was not as great as well. Compared to previous visits. Disappointed overall, not good experience this time.

Just writing this review and giving 5 stars for ROSE! I went to the spa today and had the most amazing services. Although I wasnt satisfied with the previous services i got in the spa before, but this time i had rose as my therapist. I had to get waxing done and i loved every bit of it with her. she is an amazing person , she knows what she is doing and i cant beleive i am writing this but i didnot even know when i was done with the waxing! it was super painless, fast and perfect. and while you are with her she makes sure you are enjoying your time. she has superb sense of humor and even though i was meeting her for the first time she was super friendly! Made my day! P.s the services of the spa highly depend on the therapist you get. I was highly disappointed before but this visit changed my review completely. I would recommend to know about your therapist before going there.

I would not give any stars for this SPA if I was able to provide a review without one. The regular one we go to was closed this week, so I googled and booked a couple massage at this SPA. Initially, I was surprised that I was able to get the time of my choice, this should have alerted me. But I wanted to try it out as there are many good reviews. First the place needs some dusting and cleanup. We were hoping our massages to be good. Disappointed!! very unprofessional staff. Therapists were talking in their language non-stop and checking their phones in between. We had paraffin massage and my husband's bag was very hot. The therapist did not even check with him to ensure he was comfortable with the temperature until my husband screamed and asked to remove the bag right away. We then realised they were not RMT's although that's what we requested. I provided my feedback to the Manager and the Owner. They apologised and gave me a spa credit for $40. Very disappointing experience and will never visit again!

They would not accept us even thought they don't keep the promotional paper work they still turned us away. Was not impressed that, so will be asking for a refund from PCA. This has to be the worst massage I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend going to this location. To start I showed up for my appointment on time and was sitting in the waiting area. I can over hear conversations between staff discussing who is going to do the massage. Finally a lady came to do the massage and was very unprofessional in my option. Didn’t say a word other than I will give you a few minutes to change. She return and proceeded to do the massage with gloves on ????. Seriously ?? My first ever experience from a RMT with gloves. It was the worst experience, very painful and she did not know what she was doing. Using her elbow and digging into my back felt like she was intentionally trying to cause pain. I go to massages all the time through my work benefits. This massage was in December and I’m posting now because I had a great massage somewhere else and wanted to share my experience at this location. If you value your time and experience please avoid going to the location for any type of massage treatment.

I wonder if previous feedbacks were paid for. This place should not be in operation. The entire Saachi spa facility is NOT sanitary. Only the reception area is decent. Inside it reeks, sheets are thin and don't seem to have been changed and water given to drink tasted foul. Also, their services advertised are misleading. Booked facial that should have been 1.5 hrs each. They said they shortened it to 1 hr because face was clean & did not need further treatment but still charged the price of $130 with explanation that it is products we pay for not the time. If face was clean this means less products were used and less time means more room for them to book others to make more $. Not fulfilling services advertised is misleading and fraudulent. I refrained from pointing this out to them as I knew it would be in vain trying to reason with them. Entire operation is questionable. This is not a true spa and reflects badly on the Marriott chains of hotels. I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

The RMTs do everything they can to make sure the experience is PERFECT for you and you're absolutely 100% comfortable! The couples massage myself and my Fiancee received was absolutely AMAZING! Mary Jane and Nancy worked out all of our muscles and helped give great stretches during our deep tissue massage. The experience was well-worth the money spent! Myself and my Fiancee will go back every chance we get.

I wouldnt waste my time, money or benefits at this place. The massage there was rushed, inadequate and it just seem that they just wanted my money. I would never go back there and I would not adivse you to either.

Over 10 phone calls with voicemails left and still no response. Wanted to move my appointment, but they’ve lost my business for sure. Terrible customer service.

** Taken from my Yelp review back in April 15, 2018 ** The massage in itself was good. However, this place is super sketchy and clearly doing illegal business. They've been delisted by Manulife since late January. But here's the thing - they don't tell you that. I got a massage right before they were delisted and ended up having to go through Manulifes very lengthy audit to get my money back. I asked why Manulife didn't take their claims anymore and the manager said "they just ask too many questions" as if the spa itself was the one to stop taking Manulife as a client. Someoned commented earlier that they only have one actual RMT and just claim everything under her. It's true..my friend and I both got receipts with the same persons name (who is now delisted from Manulife), but we clearly did not have the same person for our massages. Anyway, if you care about the legality of things then DO NOT come here.
