my eyebrows are horrible after getting them done here, the women doing my eyebrows completely ignored me when I told her she was completely thinning my brows out and even i am missing patches of hair from my actual eyebrow. they also do not make you feel welcomed and are very hostile. would NOT recommend at all.

It's a good place if you're getting the basics. They always seem to be rushed to finish. They don't seem to take their time. Edit: During Covid, things seemed to have worsen. Unhygienic. Didn't clean between customers. The person who catered to me used the same gloves for all her clients.

Ruined my daughters brows and made them super thin and very uneven. Her brows were thick and she had been growing them out for a month. They wouldn’t accept responsibility saying the brows were already missing the hair. It wasn’t til everyone else saw how bad her brows turned out that she finally gave a refund. Do not recommend. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Had a facial done today Dec 13 2019. Great service and the staff who did my facial was very thorough and gave a relaxing massage. Excellent services and I will highly recommend. Went in with a mild headache and walked out with full energy. ????????????

Worst experience ever. I went here to get my eyebrows done and by the end of it my eyebrows were gone. Never coming back again. The lady knew she messed up one eyebrow but continued to market her way out of the conversation. Telling me it was fine. I just couldn’t and had to leave. The eyebrows are very obviously mismatched and the hairs aren’t properly plucked. One eyebrow is smaller than the other. This is just my experience. 5 dollars gone to waste.

I love this place! The threading is extremely affordable and the ladies know what they are doing. Make sure to ask for aloe to reduce redness at the end. If you want to avoid thin brows, say you want to keep them thick.

Worst experience a week back, I have done facial and they did a very bad job . I got a spot on my face, the material used for facial was not good. It was itching when the facial was done, never ever do a facial here please.

Came for a wax and the lady was so fast doing it she didn’t even hold my skin to pull it take off the hair. You don’t just put wax on and then rip off - there is a method and clearly this woman does not know. I’m certain I’ll be getting ingrowns thanks to this lady. Never going back. They are also not good at checking COVID protocols. No questions about vaccination and none of the employees sanitized their hands between clients. One woman came in and openly said her husband had tested positive and this lady just kept working on her!! If there is going to be an outbreak, it’s going to be because of low standards.

I have been growing my eyebrows for the last six months and told the lady not to make it thin. She completely killed it... now I have a pencil thin eyebrows and I hate it.

I’ve went to get my eyebrows done and explained to the lady how I just want them cleaned up and not thinned. However I ended up with uneven shaped brows. The owner of the store watched as this lady did my eyebrows horribly and didn’t bother to say anything. In addition this place has always charged $3 but now it’s $5. I wouldn’t mind paying the price for quality work but this was just ridiculous after she completed butchered my every brows. Also failed to mention how they all of a sudden charge more for the same service that was $3 before. Definitely will not return nor do I recommend this labs to anyone. If I could give it no stars I would.

Service on weekends is horrible, they are super slow and seem like they are all students who r just at learning phase. They have no adult supervision. It's super slow, I waited for 45 mins to just get eyebrows done. However, on weekdays they have professional ladies, which I prefer.

Went first time since everything reopened, wanted my eyebrows done... you have to wear a mask and they all do as well, they make you sanitize your hands and check your temperature before taking you in... front chairs are all gone, they take you into an individual room and changed the paper roll in front of me before asking me to lie down... they are doing waxing now due to health restrictions, but overall very happy with my brows and felt safe

The employees ensure customers sanitizer their hands upon entry and check their temperature. The lady who did my eyebrows was very gentle and cleaned up my eyebrows to perfection. The prices have gone up but considering how COVID-19 has impacted small businesses, this is to be expected...their pricing is still significantly cheaper than other salons.

I’ve been going here since they first opened. Preeti is a delight and she knows all the faces of her loyal customers. Everyone she hires to work there does a great job. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done there by different people and have never had an issue. The price is cheap and the service is great. It can get busy on the weekends, so I’d recommend going on a weeknight instead, but even when it’s busy they have enough staff on hand to handle the crowd in an efficient manner.

Went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up because I was in the area and a friend recommended it, but was left with barely any eyebrow hair. Completely messed up my eyebrow shape and botched the trimming when she treaded them after she waxed them. Also didn’t bother cleaning off the excess wax. You get what you pay for. I’d strongly advise staying away

Worst experience. The lady was so aggressive and once I looked up at my eyebrows she made them so thin. I have nice thick eyebrows and by the end there was a lot taken off. It was different from the original shape I had. I didn't ask her to change the shape of my eyebrows or to make it thinner. She was so fast it seemed like she was out of control threading all over the place and cut one side off a bit. Very disappointing and would never consider this place or recommend it. Eyebrows represent a woman's appearance and how it defines their face. If your not happy with your job please don't be ruining our eyebrows for that cause! I've come to Preeti since time and she is a great owner and does amazing eyebrows but this lady who did mine was horrible!
