It was my first experience with On the 9 spa. Welcomed by an eye opening beautiful and pleasing nature girl Juliette. Extremely professional and very informative. Communicated specifically the root cause to problems and was able to relieve stress and symptoms. I will definitely be returning as well as recommending to others to experience. Good to go there and throw away whole week's stress and burden. And be a part of this heaven.

Only thing nice about this place was the hallway. The room its self was dissapointing. Didnt like the vibe of the attendant who just kept on asking for upsell of over $200 for basic hh service.

Do not waste time and money on Kayle. Had a session with her today, figured it would be a nice way to treat myself this weekend. Big mistake. Huge disappointment. She promises the world and when I told her what I wanted, she said, don't worry I'm going to make you happy. Well, after collecting my money and half way in, she says she does not do the one thing I asked for but failed to tell me that before she got my money, even though I made it crystal clear as to what I wanted...before I paid. Girl is a liar.

Do not waste ur time and money with Ciara, she committed half an hour, was rushing, massage was very poor, she just wanted to finish asap once started, paid extra as she requested to do something, wasted money,her quality of servce was really bad, only showed interested in calculating the money, once paid,I still don't know what she did.... Please don't waste ur money on her... Try someone else who can make you more happy.

Went there a week ago and was completely mine blown, I have been to plenty of spas but have never received anything like this, the lady’s are wonderful and outgoing and very easy on the eyes, I was able to enjoy a conversation and get the best massage in years!!!

I have not had the greatest experiences at other massage spots so I decided to do some research this time before venturing to On The 9 for the first time. There were tons of amazing reviews on Serena at On The 9, so I took my chances and went in to see her. Wow wow wow. She is stunning. I went in before 4pm but she started at 4pm. I did not intend to wait but as I was leaving I saw her walk in and could not resist. She was worth the wait. I spotted her from across the entire parking lot. Total eye turner. She is an exotic version of the original Kim Kardashian. Her service was phenomenal. I no longer need to look any further, On The 9 is my new go to place and Serena my go to attendant. Her service was above and beyond anything I had at other spas. Her service will blow you right out of the water!

Very sad place came for a massage but as I was on my stomach to get a massage after two minutes they told me to turn over it's more of a tug and rushed so I guess fast cummers its great for you those are the five stars you see on here replace really great lol

really upscale spa, beautifully renovated with welcoming beautiful young ladies, always my #1 go to massage spa, the girls here are unreal. they know how to really make you feel like a king. cant wait for my next visit :)
