I've been here multiple times and it's my go to spot for facials! Kavita is very considerate and welcoming! One of the times I went for a facial, I sadly had a nosebleed before our appointment started (dry nose), and Kavita nursed me for 20 minutes. Afterwards we continued our now late scheduled appointment, with a smile on her face. Great personality and bedside manner. The facials itself - love them. My skin looks amazing, feels rejuvenated. I get a lot of compliments on my skin after each treatments. Can't wait for my upcoming appointment! :)

I have done my microdermabrasion and hydrafacial from MindBodyBeauty Aeshthetics. I have been there twice. The ambience is really soothing and relaxing for my peace of mind. I love the fact that this place provides a one-on-one service which is given by Kavita. Since she has studied about this field of Mind Body and Beauty she has given me great advice for my skin type. She also has a very calm personality. I do recommend that if you are looking to get your skin treatment along side a relaxation time for yourself, do try Mind Body Beauty Aesthetics.

I got a gift card from my sister-in-law and I enjoyed Kavita's face and lip treatment. I felt like she did a general cleaning of my face. Lol! I almost fell asleep. Treatmen is pricey but its worth it. I will definitely come back for another session. :)

Very inconsiderate of other people’s time. She gave me an appointment and cancelled it without telling me it wasn’t until I texted her back that she said she was late and caught up in traffic. If you can’t make it for your own business timings there’s a better way of informing your client than shutting them down with a cancellation. Wasted time never gets returned. Please work on your professionalism and respect that other people’s time is just as valuable. She didn’t even have the decency to apologize for her own actions, lol good luck with your business with that kind of attitude.

** Update: After posting my review below, the owner threatened to sue me for leaving a negative review. She reached out to me after I posted the review asking if I wanted to keep my appointment - I said no, she then texted me threatening to sue me for defamation for leaving a review (see screenshot attached) I am an avid Google reviewer and post a mixture of positive and negative reviews from my experiences and interactions with businesses across the globe. I have a strong admiration for small business owners especially in this time of Covid. It was my duty to leave a review for others as an FYI. Hoping no one has to be on the receiving end of such a message! _____________ Very unprofessional!! I texted Kavita asking her if I could go swimming after a facial. She just cancelled my appointment without an answer to my question! When I texted her asking her why she cancelled she said she had a waiting list and she can’t afford to wait around for me. I never indicated I wanted to cancel and I would have replied straight away if she did reply. I understand it’s a busy time but a reply to my message asking me if I wanted to cancel before cancelling without my knowledge would have been nice. I simply asked a question and I did not cancel.

After doing some research online, I called MindBodyBeauty to inquire about doing my first facial treatment ever and spoke with Kavita at length. She took the time to explain the procedures she offers and then recommended a few options to consider once she determined my skin type. All very reassuring when it came time for my appointment. I then had my first microdermabrasion treatment which ended with 20 minutes of LED light treatment. What a fantastic feeling afterwards! I've always felt 15 years younger than I am and now I look it! I really didn't know what to expect going in, but I'm really glad I did this and will be going back. Not only was Kavita extremely knowledgeable and thorough with what she does, but the atmosphere in her facility is incredibly relaxing and comfortable. She also uses premium quality face creams and moisturizers on your face which really felt amazing. I ended up buying some of these products from her to use at home as well. No more drug store products for me! I now understand what proper face care is and am much better for it. Great experience! Thank you Kavita! See you again soon!

We had appointment with Kay on October 31, 2021 for 2 people. She didn't do proper facials to us. We are very disappointed and recommend that please don't do this to anyone. She didn't do proper massage or no steaming at all. I didn't expect this kind of service. It's not question of money but the customer's satisfaction and trust which you didn't do at all.
