This is a disgusting place- fashions themselves as a legitimate spa but is a trashy rub and tug parlour. They provide happy endings to male clients even if it’s not what they request and will harass clients by text after sessions to come back. STAY AWAY. Wish I could put zero stars.

False advertising ..this is NOT a HOT ROCK spa... there's a dry marble spa you lie in after a bad massage ...nothing fancy

Worst customer service! Went in - got a refund right away. Was so unprofessional!!! The place was unorganized - looks like a scene from Dexter. Would never recommend this Spa to anyone! If I could give no stars I would!!!!

I came here with Groupon. The deal was about $25 for 30 min massage and 1 hour hot rock Sauna. They charged us $5 Tax extra. Tip is Extra. It was good deal but massage therapist was not really professional. they doesn't speak English and couldn't communicate well.... I don't think I will go again...

Hot Rock Sauna Spa very clean.I like they use disposable bed paper sheet. Massage was very good. ladies so nice to me. Highlycommended.

Got a groupon for my birthday which included 30 minute massage and 60 minute use of the sauna room. The change room was quite private which I liked, the massage was decent. The sauna room, I was not a big fan of because I got bored easily but other than that it was neat, quiet and staff were professional.

I came here recently this past Monday. I would strongly advise against going here as I contracted “contact dermatitis” from the massage bed. They also swiped $85 from my card without my knowledge - on top of what I had already paid. The place is extremely dirty and the service is horrendous as they will try to steal your money and belongings. Be extremely careful! Enter at your own risk!

If you come here for a table shower massage, you are better off taking the regular massage as the table shower room smells like rotten pipes. The water does not stay hot for long which kind of ruins the experience but the stench ruined it already from the start. Overall the receptionist is friendly as well as staff and the massage was great!

I called and the receptionist is extremely rude. First of all she doesnt understand what i say and second because I said groupon I felt like she was giving me attitude for it. Bad bad customer service. She hung up on my face and did not answer when i call back. She just lost a good client too bad. Do not go there and maybe owner should really re consider who works there to answer the phone.

We had a very nice and relaxing time here. The staff very great, super friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a nice experience. They even offered us to warm up in their sauna prior to our body scrubs. The srubs were great! The facilities were very clean. We will be back.
