I live 1 min away from here and I use to go her often. I went for facial this week and I heard the owner is away for the month. The young lady not only over charged me but did a very bad job! Never going back here again!! Tsk tsk

Too expensive for an Indian Beauty parlour in this region. At other beauty parlours, the full arms and legs waxing is $30 (I go to Herbal Beauty Parlour at the Markham or Scarborugh location usually) where as here they take $45. $15 more. Every service is more expensive than other places. Why I would choose to come here if I am getting the same service for a considerably lower price. And the AC was not turned on in this muggy weather; however, they did turn it on later on my complaining.

Went in this afternoon with my daughter. Got arms waxing done. Found the place to be very nice and staff friendly and caring. My daughter and I felt very comfortable and were very pleased with their service. Job very well done by the staff. Surely visit again soon. Also, reasonable prices! Thanks.

The main lady is always on the phone it's irritating three times she made small burning marks while doing hand wax I ignored that but last time she made three big burning on my face I stopper going there now on my face one mark still visible .she is really careless if she want to talk on phone why she working Pls don't go there for waxing All other workers are good The main short lady don't go to her

My daughter gave me a Groupon coupon for a 60 min body massage for here and when I couldnt make the appt due to being sick I then rescheduled and the new date was past the expiry date. When I asked if that was ok she assured me it was. Then the day before the appt she called and cancelled me due to it being past the expiry date! This place has zero good business sense. the massage had already been paid for so why did the date make a difference at all!!?? I would not suggest going here.

The manager/owner is very friendly and welcoming, but the assistant who did my nails really hurt my toes. She was cutting the cuticles and surrounding skin very roughly, I've had pedicures done many times and never felt that type of pain. It's supposed to be a relaxing experience but today I can't even walk without feeling it. * update i have changed from 2 stars to one I got home today and where she was rough with my toe it began paining when I took off my sock and it is bleeding now, I ran it under water and it stung. Save your selves the distress, don't bother getting a manicure pedicure here.

Laddi's (the place I typically go to, which I would 100% recommend) happened to be closed this day so I decided to give Glamour a try for a Brazilian wax. Now, I tend to get a wax done every month to month and a half, so I would say that I am quite comfortable with the procedure - as comfortable as you can get with this kind of wax at least. But, the young lady in charge of my wax, made me regret coming in instantly. It was a long and painful process. In contrast, when I go to Laddi's it typically takes about 10-15 minutes at most with not a single hair missed. But at Glamour, it was a gruelling 25-30 minute procedure. On top of that, only about 80% of the hair was removed. If there are any visible hairs, I will speak up to ask to have it removed. But, even though I knew there was still quite a ways to go before it was 100% removed, I requested to stop. The lady's uncertain movements and large stall time between applying the wax and attempting to remove it made the procedure dreadful. Sure, they might nail the eyebrow threading - but never again will I come in for a wax of any kind.

My sister and I attend this place for waxing services. The manager is great at what she does and sticks to her appointments without any waiting time. The price for certain waxing services are a bit expensive 30$ but she is quick and well worth it.
