This Health Center is a true treasure in the city, the best professional massage care. I had really bad lower back pain and overall body tension and the professionals here helped provide comfort and relief. The staff are knowledgeable and can sense where the tension build up is and provide you info for whatever is causing you pain and even help stretch out your muscles. Really nice deep tissue massage. Great value and worth the drive if not from this area. Highly recommend!

So I have been going for a while now I have used all three amazing masseuse. They are all incredible but my favourite one and probably the best MASSEUSE I have ever gotten is by SASA. She is extremely patient and ask you if everything is to your liking. She ask if the pressure is good where you want massage and she easily relieves all the tension in your back and legs and arm you had when you went in. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. Keep up the amazing wonderful work. And she is very nice to communicate with.

Now this Health Center truly is a gem in the city. Came here for a massage. Had really bad lower back pain and overall body tension massages at the moment being done by Sarah. Oh my body was singing at the end of the massage. Sarah really knowledgeable at what she does. Can really sense where the tension build up is and provide you info for whatever is causing you pain or what will bring you pain in the near future. She really is able to adjust pressure accordingly to your liking from light to really nice deep tissue. Has really great deals as well truly amazing value for your buck and worth the drive if not from this area. Highly recommend!

Amazing service offered at the massage session. I was complaining of some sore muscles and the 5 star treatment received at the clinic was so good that I already am feeling better. I would like to mention my masseur, however I believe that's not the right thing to public. You can go there once, I believe you will never go to other place, I certainly will go here every time when needed. Great job team????

I was introduced to Sara (RMT) by a co-worker. I must say, the massage experience was amazing. I went in with a strained right neck and shoulder. Without saying anything, Sara was able to identify the knots and straighten it out. I left with my body feeling great. I would definitely recommend to everyone to try.

It has been great for me. Specially mentioning Ada and Michelle. Ada like 10/10, Michelle 9/10. Ada is the wife of the owner. So be careful. Haven't tried others yet. Like Lilly, just her name for now. But these people are professional. If you are looking for something out of their bounds, it's not for you. It's just massage by non-RMT personnel. Btw, please don't think of it as other SPAs. These people are professional.

I booked for a 60 minute massage and I was surprised I had extra minutes of massage for free - no extra charges. The owner is very accomodating and kind. One needn't drive far in the GTA to find a massage; there are RMTs, clinics, and spas across the region. That said, one would be challenged to find a better massage then the one offered at Delta Spa and Wellness (on Finch just east of Kennedy). Put simply, the services offered are professional, comprehensive, and affordable. Men and women find a welcome at this facility. Sara, the owner and RMT, is thorough professional. She listens to a client's description of problems/needs and delivers a massage tailored to address those issues. She is calm, cheerful, and capable: the sessions are as enjoyable as are productive. She employs another therapist, Ada, who has an excellent technique and warm personality. Located in a doctor's building with ample parking, Delta Spa also offers an array of other esthetic services priced at market level. Insurance filing for RMT receipts is provided and late/weekend hours are available. I'm pleased to be a client.

My first visit to Delta Spa was amazing! With my work, I am always at risk of repetitive motion injuries. I felt that the treatment I received put me in a much more rejuvenated and relaxed state. I addressed some knots in my shoulders that have accumulated. The care and attention that RMT masseuse gave was superb, I will return for sure!

She will provide you a strong massage that targets all the knots that you have leaving you completely rejuvenated afterwards. First time all my serious aches and pains vanished after a massage. Very kind and pleasant atmosphere that provide a 5 star quality massage. You MUST try Delta Spa if you’re planning to get a massage in the GTA.

I went to Delta Health Center couple of times. I was able to get in quickly. I did not have to wait for my appointment once I arrived. My massage lasted a full hour. Walking into the place feels less like a business and more like a comforting, very clean. Maral/Lily/Ada/Sara, the massage therapists who did my massage were very friendly, professionals and attentive. I went in after having pain and tension in my neck/shoulders for some time to get relief. I have had professional massages before, which were pleasant, but I do feel their skills and abilities surpassed the therapists I have gone to in the past in relieving pain. They are very accurate and applies ample, steady pressure in areas where it’s needed. Most massage therapists in the past have paid minimal attention to knots, whereas these guys worked out until they were loose. Also, a cool thing these professionals does that I have not seen before is the stretching and incorporates a lot of into the massage. I actually felt a good amount of lasting relief from this massage and am able to sleep better than I had before. I would most definitely recommend Delta Health Center, if you are looking for massage therapy. It's completely worth.

I've been going to Delta Health Center for roughly 2.5 years now and both my wife and I have never walked out unhappy. The staff is friendly, the massages are amazing and the prices are better than most RMTs. We've tried every therapist here and while they all have their own style, it's been great every time My insurance doesn't do direct billing, but I've scanned and sent the receipt over and have never had any issues. I'm now in Durham and I still drive back to Scarborough for this place!
