Not impressed by lack of professionalism and poor customer experience. My partner and I had a Groupon that we booked for a couples massage package, when we went to have this fulfilled, it was a day when the spa had no power due to a storm. The Irish girl said - no problem, just rebook and when you come back you get an upgrade for free services. Well, when we went back - the spa had apparently moved/changed ownership and they told us to get a refund from Groupon! We had really been looking forward to a relaxing afternoon... not the best way to treat a customer!

Lovely place. Great braz. waxing experience. Fast, quick, and clean. Ciara did an amazing job and is a lovely lady. She is so sweet and genuine. Definitely recommend this place!

This was the second time that I have been to this place. I live pretty close by but I didn't even know that this place existed until my neighbour told me about it. The Spa is kind of hidden and not in the greatest location but I was so surprise when I came for my first appointment. Its not only such a beautiful place but its also very clean. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They offer so many services with reasonable prices. This is definitely my new go to place.

Great waxing services!!! I prefer sugaring and that's what they do here. Keira was so attentive and thorough, I really appreciated her warmth and kindness. I will definitely be going back and I recommend Bliss Med Spa to every girl out there.

Went for my first ever Brazilian sugaring experience here, Ciara/Sierra was the girl who did it. She was amazing at keeping me calm and continued to reassure me of the progress and took into consideration the pain I was in. She made me feel very comfortable and was very social with me. I will definitely be going back and they have gained a new loyal customer :) my first visit was with a Groupon voucher but I will definitely be back!! Recommend 100%

Went here recently for laser hair removal and was very happy with it. Staff seem to really know their stuff, I had a lady called Monique and found it very easy to talk to her and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The place was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, will definitely be back again

Went to try lazer for the first time, was little nervous but Ciara and Monique were great. I was immediately at ease when I walked in with their friendly, yet professional nature. They explained everything in great detail and first round of treatment went well. Highly recommend this spa and the girls that work there. Will be back in few weeks for my next visit ????

I haven’t had my eyebrows done since before the lockdown, and they had become messy and grown-in. Maral did a great job making them look nice again. The manager and receptionist were very nice as well.

Bliss Med Spa is a full facility spa. Offers services from mani pedi to cool sculpting procedures. The atmosphere is very inviting, tranquil and clean! The ladies there are very knowledgable and friendly. I travel from the Vaughan area pass countless other spas to this hidden gem with pleasure! I highly recommend this spa!!!

Bliss spa is located inside the hair salon I go to - Hair + Co. I had a shellac manicure done by Maral. It was amazing. Maral took her time with my nails and ensured that the nails were perfect before I left. Her hand massage is beyond relaxing. It is so handy having my hair and nails now being done all in one place. Excellent service..... I will be a returning customer!

Amazing place. Tried because of Groupon and I'll happily go back any day and pay full price. Got the touch of bliss couples package and I feel incredible. Really happy about the cleanliness/sanitation that goes on there. Every utensil is santized properly and packaged new. That quality is SO HARD to come by. Definitely will be recommending to everyone I know. Two lovely ladies starting a business, I can see success in their future!

Been going to Bliss Medical Spa for a year now for lazer hair removal services. The staff is so incredible & friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They recently moved locations. The new location is so clean & classy, would definitely recommend to family & friends!!!!
