This is a wonderful spa. The owner Surinder is very professional, patient, soft-spoken and courteous. She is very knowledgeable at what she does and has many years of experience in this industry. She has always been very accomodating and always makes her clients feel welcome and comfortable. Her staff is very professional, polite and courteous. This is the exact reason why I have been coming to this spa for at least the past 9 years. I am VERY satisfied with the services and the way she treats all her clients. I just want to say this was my first experience at a spa and I have to say it was a great experience. I went to Artisan spa for a deep cleansing facial and I have to say I left very very happy! The owner was the one actually doing the job on me. She walked me through step by step on what she was doing and even added some jokes for quick chuckles. It was very comfortable and soothing. I appreciate the great customer service I received as well. My two friends and I left very happy! I will be coming back some day soon. I would recommend to anyone as I have to about 3 people already!

Okay I don't get pedicures often because I just don't have the time and my feet aren't bad at all lol... but when I do I end up going to a place that claim they're the best... But if you want the best you need to get your work done here... Before my cousin's wedding I went for a pedicure but walked out with both a pedicure and manicure! The price is on point but for me it's about the quality of work... And Artisan defines quality... I highly recommend!

The staff member Olga gives outstanding facials, she really took her time to make sure I was given a relaxing experience with the result of glowing skin, along with the facial she even gave me a head massage. I was introduced to this place several years ago, and have been going on and off since. Clean and calm atmosphere with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend the electrolysis and facials, as I have very sensitive skin (prone to hyperpigmentation), and have never had an issue here.

Update: Jan 23 I went here for another Me Time. It was a pleasant afternoon with Rose. She was great and I felt comfortable with my massage, Facial and pedicure. Although it's Covid. I felt quite comfortable with the limited staff and people around. Once again. Thank you. Great staff. The ladies were amazing. I got a package for pedi facial and body massage for my birthday. I felt so pampered. They treated me well. Will deff come again.

We selected the “Me Time” package (my favourite was the facial) and came out of the spa feeling all around wonderful. DO NOT GO!! My mom, sisters and I did not have a good experience. First, there was a lack of communication with the prices. Second, one women named Julie was so rude when communicating with my mom, she literally said "tell her to stop talking" and did a poor facial on my mother. Would leave the room every 10 min and did not do it well. Third, they do not do a good extraction. They spent less than 3 min on extraction without any sort of pressure and called it a day. Fourth, they charge way to much for a facial. You go to a spa to feel relaxed and have a good experience, we left feeling unsatisfied and upset. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Overall it is a great place to have a day full relaxation, experiencing advance skin treatments with state of the art technology, or getting ready for an event with hair dos with make-up. I would highly recommend Artisan Spa for trying Laser Treatments, Acupuncture, and Massage Therapy and also their Unique and professional Skincare line Dermalogica for healthy skin with great results.

Horrible spa. You may read positive reviews about Surinder such that she's the manager/lead hand of the spa, but I can assure you, shes the one that stole my money and acted like she didn't remember. The staff lie for her as well so that they don't get fired. I don't recommend this place AT ALL. Take it from me when I say I have proof, and they're too scared to look at their camera footage because they know I'm right. (they lied about not having a camera in their spa..but they do!) They always delete my honest reviews because its the truth. I wouldn't even rate this place one star. Here's an edit for your staff and for you: If you were a spa running a conventional business, you would have records of the method of my payment. I had brought over 4 people on that day for a spa day at your location and ironically, you didn't have records for any our their methods of payment and what treatments they got as well. Coincidence? Oh, I absolutely do NOT think so. Upon calling the store to mention I was overcharged, your staff as well as yourself were quick to refute my judgment which I found very odd such that neither your staff nor yourself wanted to clear out my concern(s). In no way did I think this was even 'standard' customer service. You mentioned you had no records of us coming in for our appointment (mind you, it was FOUR + people, ridiculous) and no records of us paying. You hung up the phone, I tried calling again and when a staff picked up, she mentioned that no one wanted to speak to me regarding this matter. Disgusting. Where is the customer service? Oh wait, unless you knew how to run a conventional spa, you'd not forget to teach your staff about customer service and how being nice is a normal human function. Myself on the other hand trying to clear out confusions, I mentioned to check cameras for proof that we paid, you all mentioned that there WAS NO CAMERAS, when there were. I could write more but honestly, this spa and your staff is not even worth it. You are all a bunch of liars, scammers and thieves for stealing money and lying to a group of adults. So yeah, I guess you ARE lucky we didn't call the cops on you.

I have been going to this spa for a few years and always had good service. Surinder is a very kind woman and I don't trust anyone else to do my eyebrows. Even though I no longer live in Ontario, anytime I visit I make sure to stop by to get them done.

This is the worst “spa” I’ve ever been to, if you can call it that. This experience was years ago but it still haunts me to this day. I booked for a massage, facial and pedicure for my mom and I. The massage was unorganized and we could’ve done a better job ourselves. The facial was messy and when they were done, there were pools of water on the floor and the beds were wet as we were trying to get dressed for the pedicure. The pedicure was the worst! The girl cut my moms heel by shaving off way too much skin to the point where it was raw and bleeding. They apologized saying she’s new and they still charged us full price for everything. I seriously don’t know how they are still in business because this place is the furthest from being any sort of spa.

I have been going to the The Artisan Spa for a few years now for Facials and Massages. The Spa is very clean and the environment very relaxing. My experiences are all good with anyone who did the massage or facial. It is nice that your 1 hr appointments are for the full hour. The location is good with lots of free parking. Very happy to be a client here.

I was recommended to Artisian Spa by my sister's friend to have Microdermabrasion done for the scares that I have. I usually am not comfortable having my face treated with any cosmetic procedure. I feel so comfortable during and after the treatment which makes me feel like I have been there forever even though I have been there only for a short time. The professionalism and the experience of the staff members are really remarkable. I will highly recommend this place for people who are really sensitive about their skin.

I love getting a facial from Julia! She is VERY skilled at what she does. I am surprised and disappointed by this reviewer’s words. You can’t expect to be getting all sorts of discounts and then still expect to get a top quality treatment. If you want to cut corners on cost the practitioner will have to cut corners on the treatment. I will continue to get facials from Julia as I think she does an excellent job. If you want an amazing facial where you leave feeling calm, clean, and relaxed, go to Artisan spa. Julia and the others do a great job!

Do NOT go here!! I've had many manicures in my life but none as bad as this one. Just please take a look at the photos I attached and know that this took them 3hrs. I'm in shock that this place has good reviews. To start I told her I want to keep the length of my nails and then immediately as I just finished my sentence she clipped one of them. I didn't want to be rude and thought she didn't hear me so i let her continue. I told her I wanted to round the edges and most of my nails are now slanted. She brought out some really old nail tools in a tissue and basically scraped my cuticles, it was painful. Out of the many manicures and pedicures I've had, I have never had anyone do that. I wish I got up and left but I was trying to be nice and was hoping they would fix it or do something. The owner herself even saw and said everything looks great... it has been 2 weeks since I was there and my cuticles still haven't healed properly. I asked for a simple white manicure that somehow they messed up. Not only was the polish clumpy and expired looking but they added thinner into the polish right in front of me. TWICE!! Even though it still wasn't good they kept applying it. They also dried the polish not with UV but with an air dryer. After it took them an hour to do the manicure I had to sit there for 2 more hours not moving or touching anything. Normally I don't write reviews but i'm so shocked by my experience that I really feel the need to warn people. DO NOT GO HERE!

I recently went into Artisan Spa to get a facial. It was amazing!! Naz was not only professional and ready for me upon my arrival, but was pleasant and friendly. I felt pampered and came out feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I would recommend everyone to take some time out for yourself and get a facial! I am looking forward to my next appointment.

My recent visit, I asked for facial and she recommended the Oxygen facial. Once it was done my face have never looked so bright and healthy!
