Stayed here due to booking complications with work and needed somewhere to stay. The only rooms available were expensive for supposed upgrades and quality. That just meant a jacuzzi tub and heated bathroom floor. Spent the following night in a standard room that looked identical other than the tub for half the cost. Everything was fine otherwise.

The menu seems a little smaller than what I remember, but covid.... As always the food was great and the service was splendid. I was able to enjoy my $15 off because it was my birthday.

Disappointing place. We arrived in the evening after a 10hr drive on August 7th. The two women at the front desk must have been at the tail end of their shifts, because their interactions were cold and brash. The older lady was particularly rude - we asked about some of the local nature areas displayed on the screen behind the front desk, and she dismissed us, pointed towards some hiking books, basically telling us to leave her alone. When we got to our room, it was even more disappointing - it smelt like chlorine, the only window was facing the indoor pool, and you could hear all the echoes of people talking, and yelling children. When we made our reservation online, we specifically asked for a quiet room, adding details of our requests in the "Notes" section. Apparently, they never received any notes along with our reservation. We immediately requested a room change by the older lady at the front desk, and her response was hostile and unfriendly. She said it would not be possible, and told us there were no notes on file from our reservation. The following morning, we again requested a room change, and the friendlier front desk staff were understanding, and switched the room. They also provided a free breakfast - but we have allergies to dairy and gluten, and there were no substitutes. Furthermore, the coffee was insipid. The gesture was lovely, but the breakfast quality was subpar. The floor in the pool and sauna facilities were filthy, full of hair and debris. The sauna ceiling and walls need a wash - the ceiling is forming salt crystals. They provide no locks for the changeroom lockers. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is located in the center of sprawled boxed store suburbia, and parking lots - don't be deceived by the pictures online, which boasts its ideal location, and beautiful surroundings. The friendlier staff did the best they could to help us out, and we appreciated that. We were suppose to stay 5 nights, and reduced it to two. The overall experience was unpleasant, and we will not be coming back. I do not recommend this place.
