Ice Machine in 5th floor would be cleaner. My Bathroom was small and not up to date. Amazing bed and friendly staff.

This experience was above our expectations for the price we paid! My 10 year old said that was the most comfortable bed they’d ever slept in.

Nice room and bed. Good hot breakfast included with eggs, fresh fruit and bagels. Pool is warm, sauna nice, hot tub closed.

Very solid hotel with good service. Clean, spacious ensuite, friendly staff, and very prompt maintenance when we accidentally tripped a circuit breaker on an outlet. It was great to see hot breakfast served again, though I wished they had a little more options for hot food than scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausages every day. Can’t complain overall there though, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast is solid. One downside was the restaurant played loud music until around 11pm on Sunday night, even though I can see nobody left on the patio for a good half hour at that point.

From the time of making the reservation to checking out, the Quattro team were helpful and courteous. At check-in, there was a delay process the transaction and the front desk representative was gracious to provide suitable alternative options. Room was clean and all required protocol was followed to ensure staff and guests were kept safe in and outside the building during the restrictions.

Very pleased. Great beds, felt safe. Staff were great, room was great ! Will recommend to anyone that they will not be disappointed with their stay.

The Room was clean. The coffee maker had old water in it. This was the only negative point we found. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here overnight because of the downpour on our campsite. We went to the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Couldn’t decide what we wanted to order because everything sounded so exquisite! I ordered the chicken penne with Gorgonzola and my partner ordered the rib eye steak. Best meal we’ve had in a long time! Absolutely delicious and the ambience was very romantic. We attended the hotel from 9 pm to closing time. I should also mention our server was so great!!

Hotel was excellent, but we were awoken at 5:00 AM by a waste disposal truck emptying bins on the parking lot of the adjacent business. The process was very noise and lasted almost 10 minutes. Not the hotel's fault, but the noise did ruin our sleep. We were on the 7th floor. I'm guessing the racket was worse on the lower floors.

I was very happy with my 1st stay as I know my company put me into the Executive Suites, however, the 2nd time it was a MAJOR disappointment, the bathroom was gross dirty, there was tooth paste spit on the shower walls, the carpet is dirty, the room smelt funny. Then, I could barely get off toilet as it strongly resembled a toilet pulled out of a kindergarten classroom, with a bad knee, hip and severe sciatic pain, iffy if I'll be able to get up on my own when having a flare up. Staff is always friendly, I'm sure it's a painted on face because they deal with a lot of perpetually unhappy people who complain but good job keeping it up!!!

This hotel did not meet basic expectations when there is a large visible stain and the couch and a banging noise during the night. As well this hotel tries to steal from the customers by charging their visas twice.

I usually am able to book the same room every time I stay here, food is amazing, typically very quiet at night. Wi-fi isn't the best some times. Staff is always very courteous (housekeeping, waiters, front desk, etc.), location is central to my business needs.

If I can give no star, I will. I was mistaken by the review. The reception staff and breakfast area staff I met was all rude. They doesn’t even look at you when speaking. Just use their cold, lazy “I don’t care” tone. I asked questions. Their answers are I don’t know. Maybe. You can figure by yourself. Room is small and unclean. You can surely smell something. Not worth any penny.

stay was very good. The food in the restaurant in the evening was exceptional. Location was good for the travel I needed to do in the area and access to the airport. The hotel was also very quite inside and I could not hear the street traffic.
