I will never be returning. I called before hand and made an appointment for 1:00, I didn't seat in a chair until 1:15. I even arrived early. I was charged $50 for shellac and a full set. My nails are uneven. I am extremely unsatisfied. The polish is sloppy and all over my cuticles. Some parts of my nail doesn't even have polish. Save your time and money.

I would give it one star if I could but I can't sadly, I set up an appointment and when I get there the lady who was supposed to do my nails isn't there, they could have called me to tell me ahead of time but they didnt.

New owner did my nails. I have gel nails. They were pedaling in less than a weeks. She cut me 3 times, then used super glue to stop the bleeding. I will NEVER go back! It's a shame, as previous owner did such a nice job.

I called and asked if they had time for a walk in which they had. I drove 5 minutes to get there and then waited for 20-30 minutes which is okay, but one of the employee's children was crawling all over me which was not enjoyable to say the least. Otherwise, service was good and the job was good.

I went in for a mani/pedi. They are nice and it's pretty fast. My finger nails look good. My toe nails were cut so short the skin is showing at the ends under my nail. Therefore the ends are not painted and had a rough edge. I had to file them at least straight and fix the sharp corners. I'm not sure she filed them at all and they definitely didn't need to be cut that short. It's looks bad so I'll have to get the polish changed somewhere tomorrow. My big toes are stinging from being cut so short. I probably won't go back.

Did a horrible job with waxing very rough. Now my entire eye area is red and inflamed, and still wax that I will have to get off. Nail set very uneven. Do not get your eyebrows done here and not a very Clean area for the waxing station.

The lady who did my nails was very polite. The place was clean as well. However the quality of the work was just so so. My nail shape is uneven from one nail to the next and the gel polish is a bit sloppy.

I once was a regular customer then I moved south. After over 15 years I went back today. It's in a different location but the friendly professional service is just the same. I rather wondered if the young ladies I saw working in there were the children I used to watch play as their parents worked. I'll deff be a regular again. It's great to be home.

I hate to write a bad review as the workers were quick and the place was very clean; not only that, but they got my niece and I in just 1 hour after we called (everywhere else was 6pm when we called at 2pm) but.... my acrylics are awful, I feel like I should have have the gel polish painted as oceans because they are wavy as s##t. I tried to post a pic, but it doesn't let me or I don't know how. Sorry

After a few days I started realizing some great things from this salon and I decided to write this rating for them. First off, the service is quickly and excellent. In add to, all of price is not expensive and environment is relaxing as well! Overall, WONDERFUL! Would recommended them to anyone else!
