I love an she does such a great job on your nails and she is so kind and is a very good conversationalist and she's very efficient you call you get an appointment when you need it and if it's an emergency she will always get you in number to Nails it's clean it's comfortable and it's cozy and that to me makes you feel at home and welcome and I can't imagine going anywhere else

This was my first and last time at nail 2. The salon was dirty and the tools looked unclean. I was going to get a French manicure. My nails were not long enough just to put white tips on, but he proceeded to do that anyway. Tips were not placed correctly. The tip was half way down on my thumb nail bed, and on my index finger the tip did not even cover the width of the nail bed. When I asked him about this, him and his staff, I am sure were talking about my in their own language. Very unprofessional. I got up and walked out. They were rude.

The best in Sault Sainte Marie, Mi. And Awarded best of the best for several years now by the people. Ann is by far, my personal favorite. Her attention to detail satisfies my own eye for perfection. I'll never willingly go anywhere else for a manicure or Pedicure. Highly recommended!

The nail tech did a terrible job on my nails, charged me $55, and took almost two hours. I had polish all over my hands and cuticles and was about to send me on my way, until I said something. Do not recommend.

The first visit was.. ok I guess. I am from Texas , Houston to be exact so I’m used to being able to go to a nail salon and ask for anything and they can do it. Well the man I got stuck with, he complained the entire time how tired he was and how expensive my nails were gonna be ( 60$ + tip) well fast forward , my thumb nails started cracking, I went in to get them fixed and Ann just put another coat across my nails instead of taking them off and actually fixing them. They continued to crack so I went back and wanted them taken off and fixed and a color change. All Ann did was put a gel polish OVER ACRYLIC?! Which I paid 50$ for. Washed dishes when I got home and it MELTED my nails. I went back for a third time after the initial visit to get her to fix it , remove the gel polish andFIX my nails. Needless to say this didn’t happen. Never will go back , and as an influencer on YouTube I will never promote this business.

The ONLY place in town to get your nails done well. Because of that, you DO need to call and make an appointment; don't bank on a walk-in. Other places in town have destroyed my nails, broken off in a few days, or just not been up to par. Ahn in particular does amazing acrylic work.

For the first time EVER I had the choice to keep MY nails... These are mine with an acrylic overlay since they break beneath the quick constantly. I am loving my nails so much lighter now! I will definitely be back. I've been getting them done on and off for decades.

For a small place, the techs were attentive and quick. However, my manicure was trimmed too short. I noticed 2 small chips within an hour, and more significant chipping within 3 days. Not too bad for a $15 manicure I suppose.

First time getting shellac with my pedicure and I love it. The music is very relaxing, massage chairs are wonderful and staff is very welcoming, as I was a walk-in and didn't have an appointment! Thank you for a great experience!

Chris was my nail tech today, and WOW he was so thorough! He spent time diligently doing my fill and shellac! It was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon! I also am super impressed with the new system that texts you for your appointment as well. I miss Ann since she left, but I’m so happy that they are staying with the same great customer service that they always had.

They were super friendly at first, but the nail tech ignored whenever I said ow when filing with the drill waaay to hard. Made my finger sore and inflamed. Tech also used the drill to file AFTER I had polish put on and ruined the nail, then refused to fix it. Wasn't worth my visit, but maybe it'll be a better experience for others.
