Absolutely horrible customer service by owner. Asked why I wasn't happy with service and instead of accepting tried to make it look like I was in the wrong. Do not buy anything online. Not sure how hair services are. Never had such bad customer service in all of the Sault.

Went in here to get a cut and then styled for an awards dinner right after. After the cut I told him to fix it and he didn't. He tried to curl it with a hair straightener but did it wrong, he clipped the ends then rolled it up like you would with a curler so only the ends curled at like a 90 degree angle. I told him it wasn't working but he assured me it would. After he was done he realized how bad it looked and was trying to fix it for about 20 minutes. He put so much product in my hair I looked like I had dandruff and it was all matted and stuck to my head. I instantly went home and showered then had to restyle it super quick before my event. After straightening it I realized that the cut was horrible. There was literally holes where hair should be and the bottom wasn't even close to being even Would never ever go here again for anything!!

Had a great cut and style in a great atmosphere. Bald fade and cut was precise and everything I wanted. Easy to make an appointment, professional, comfortable atmosphere, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommended going to see them!
