Irene and her friendly staff have taken care of my pool and spa needs for years! I’m never disappointed. Every season change, I know I can count on them - opening, closing the pool, fixing things, testing water samples, supplying the chemicals I need or just answering questions. So grateful this business is available to me here in the Sault!

Hearth Pool and Patio are still in business but they have changed locations! They were very helpful in trying to help us fix our hot tub problem.

They repaired my hot tub, the leak is sealed and last year replaced a faulty heater element. both repairs were done in a timely fashion. Services was excellent.

Brought a blower motor back that burned out after 3 months. Was assured item was covered under manufacturers warranty. It has been over 2 months and still have not resolved the issue after repeated visits and phone calls where they are "supposedly" going to call me back within an hour

I contacted Hearth Pool & Patio and left a message with their receptionist in early October. Never heard back from them. I had previously ordered items from them and although they were slow at filling the order, eventually the item arrived.
