My favorite massage studio. My wife and I come here frequently for couples massages. They are very well trained professionals here. The atmosphere here is very relaxed with low lighting everywhere and essential oil aroma in the whole place. The front desk receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I will continue coming here to get relaxed!

Cameron was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and the atmosphere was very nice. I am giving only 4 stars because the receptionist refused to wear a mask. But as soon as I was in the treatment room I was comfortable and relaxed. If you are uneasy with someone not wearing a mask do not go here as the receptionist will refuse to wear one even when you kindly ask her to put one on. I highly recommend Cameron. Such a great experience.

This was an amazing experience for massage from booking to ending. My wife and I enjoyed our “90 min couples massages” here. Chantal Cossette and Erika Brodeur were our massage therapist. They made an effort to get to know us and our preferences so they can be the best therapist for us. We've gone here quite a few times and booked with several different therapists. They are all fantastic!

10+ years of regular massages and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a massage experience before; first off the sheet was so light and thin I felt on the verge of being exposed the whole time which made me nervous and uneasy, the therapist didn’t do a good job draping and being sensitive about private areas, the therapist made uncomfortable comments about previous surgery scars that should have been draped and covered, and overall they did odd hand movements that I’ve never experienced in a massage that just felt weird and unusual. I thought I could let it go but unfortunately these negative feelings have lingered a week later— I will never go back.

Massage therapist was late from sleeping in. Had to wait in the cold cement lobby locked out of the front door for 20 minutes because all therapists were busy with clients. The service was good once I got in but it seemed a little rushed as they needed to catch up on their schedule.

I had my best massage today with Theodora Tsiaplas at Riverstone Massage Therapy. Theodora is such a kind and knowledgeable person. She knows her job inside out. I was in so much pain because of my injury but now all I can say is that I’m so blessed that I met such a wonderful person who helped me getting this relief. We were there for 60 minutes but the therapists cut down the time to 30 minutes thinking we are only there for 45 min! I paid for 1 hour yet got only half! Bad experience.

Have used four or five of the therapists and they are great, all of them. The rooms can be overheated (it's an older building without tenant control of heat). Okay for the client but tough for the therapist. I will continue to go here, no doubt.

So i hurt my back during a wild night of fun wink wink so I walked in to two beautiful ladies so kind and welcoming so my therapist was Brianne she was amazing so professional and definitely knows what she's doing I don't think she noticed but I did fall asleep halfway through the massage only to wake up with a mask full of my own drool definitely recommend Riverstone you'd be an idiot not to try it thanks again to Christine and to everyone at Riverstone

Rude receptionist, first time booking. Wanted to reduce my time from 60 minutes to 45 minutes & was told next time I will have to do within 24hrs but this time she will let it slide. That I had no idea about nor was told yesterday when I called. I was looking forward to my appointment today unfortunately the lady was unprofessional and tried to put me on hold when I was in the middle of talking. So cancelled my appointment.

I had booked a couples massage online as a special occasion for my husband - it was a gift for us. I got a call at 5pm the day before the massage, far far too late for me to make another arrangement, or for them to try to accommodate letting me know that even though I selected the couples massage option online (separate pricing and option, can't be confused with an individual massage by anyone) they only had 1 massage artist available and couldn't accommodate a second. The lady (polite on the phone and apologized) mentioned that I had had to book a second massage. The website did not prompt me or explicitly outline this, and frankly, why do you have a couples massage option if the assumption ISN'T that it would be for two people? I cancelled the whole thing, and at this time on a Friday, essentially it's hopeless for me to be able to book another couples massage to replace it, more or less ruining the special occasion since I had planned the entire day around it.

My wife and I went for a 45 minute couples massage! She received a relaxing massage which she loved and I got a deep tissue massage which relieved a lot of my back pain! Overall we really enjoyed our experience! Plus they gave us bath salts when we were done which was a really nice touch!

I could have done better with a foam roller. Girl lost track of time. She never had me turn over. Rushed through the end. Spent way too much time in one area that was a problem area. I have alot of massages and that was the worst by far. Fyi they also love the up sale.

Just had an AMAZING massage with Ciera. I work at a desk all day and get lots of tension headaches and neck aches. She focused on the problem area and worked on a knot in my neck she said had probably been there for 6 months. Perfect pressure, deep but not painful. She did every little extra she could to help relieve the tension. She finished the treatment doing some stretches on my neck and gave me great suggestions for stretches to do at home. I already rebooked for a second treatment. Highly recommend Ciera and Riverstone!
