What an amazing experience! I was treated to amazing customer service from the moment I walked through the door. I had the Decompression treatment for men and I am still speechless as to the immediate results! Conscious coma in a great way! Highly recommend Melanie and her staff for all spa treatments!

Overall, very poor and unprofessional experience. - Does not answer/return phone calls. - Hours of operation found online are incorrect. - Not all services that are listed on their website are available. - Be aware that they only take cash or etransfer - not informed of this prior to our appointment. - Pedicure was subpar. Not of spa quality, as you would expect. - When arriving for appointment, doors were locked, no sign on the door, no answer when phoning. They appeared to be closed. Went home and received a phone call moments later, “So are you coming for your appointment or not?” ... Don’t waste your time.

Great variety of services! So far I have had the intense foot therapy (for dry, cracked feet) and sugaring to remove hair on my legs and face. Both were amazing! Friendly staff; an overall great experience!

Absolutely amazing service! These gals are exceptional at what they do. The spa has such a wonderful and clean atmosphere. They use a mainly all natural products and provide a wide variety of services to ensure a well-rounded experience.

Very new and clean. Massage beds are heated, nice music, and registered massage therapist. Was offered coffee and tea before massage, and water afterwards. Very nice place!

When you walk in the doors at Poppy and Prairie you feel right at home. This character home, turned spa is just that - a home and a spa in one. I went for a shellac pedicure. The owner, Melanie, led me to a quaint private room where I relaxed in a vintage recliner chair under gentle morning light. Being both the owner and an esthetician, I asked Melanie what her favourite part of her job was, and she replied with a twinkle in her eye that it was "having the opportunity to brighten people's day". Well, Melanie, you did just that for me! I will be back again. A visit to your spa will be the perfect Christmas gift for the women I love in my life. Thank you!

I already read good reviews about the place. It's a bit far from my place. But still i opted to go there. But their customer care is at per. And the service is superlative. I had my service with Carlie. And she was great. She made my pain go away ! The interior is great! You get the Spa feeling. It's cozy. People are friendly. Highly recommended

I went here for my first sugar treatment back in 2017. It was the most pleasant experience. I loved the sugaring process way better than the waxing and way less pain and very little redness. Based on that experience, I booked again for yesterday, and I don't know if she thought I was clueless, but that was not a sugar treatment. Sugaring doesn't use strips and sticks or warm wax and ripping hair out. What I am sure I received was a wax job she tried to pass off as a sugar. It hurt so much and I was covered in red bumps. The staff here are really nice, but I've already rebooked my next treatment at another salon. ????‍♀️

The service and setting at Poppy & Prairie Spa was very professional and relaxing. There is a wide range of services offered but my personal favourites are the facials and pedicures. There are many small touches that make the experience exceptional. When the manicure or pedicure is completed the bottle of polish is given to you. My previous experiences with pedicures and manicures did not allow me to take home the bottle of polish from the service. I highly recommend the services at Poppy & Prairie Spa.

Absolutely wonderful!! I had wanted a spa manicure but they didn't have one available instead they offered me an appointment for just shellac application and I was so pleased that they took the time to offer me other alternatives for the spa manicure! I got there and was immediately greeted! While I was getting my nails done my esthetician was so nice and cool she kept the convo going and made me feel comfortable! Even though my appointment was only for shellac application she wrapped my hands in warm towels and then put lotion on and I got an arm and hand massage for no extra charge!!! I'm definitely pleased with my experience and highly recommend!:)

I chose this spa because of the rave reviews but was very disappointed! My bridal party and I had manis & pedis done, and our shellac was done so poorly! I ended up going to another salon that same day to have them re-do my nails! Nice place, friendly staff...but for the price I wouldn't expect such a lack of talent/quality from their staff.

Extremely disappointed, went there based on good reviews for leg and face sugaring, face was fine but the legs were disaster, I literally right now have red bruises. I have gotten sugared for almost 3 years now, I have never been in so much pain, there was so many hair left that I came home bough wax and all was removed. The light in the room was closed I couldn’t even see my legs after it was done since she closed the light she used, I had to use my phone light to see the work, bottom of the feet was left toes and everything. IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED although the receptionist was super friendly and kind.

This is an amazing place for health conscious beauty treatments and relaxation. The facility is gorgeous with a soothing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating; If you have concerns they will bend over backwards to make sure you have a positive experience and are satisfied when your treatment is complete.
