Last weekend, I had the privilege to get my makeup done by Jessica! I was a part of a bridal party and she did all three bridesmaids and the bride. Jessica showed up early, got set up and was ready to work on time, and brought such an amazing energy to the room. She was warm, professional, and energetic, and I felt so comfortable with her hanging out with us all morning. I can't even begin to describe how happy I was with the final makeup application. She did a bit of facial prep work with the wonderful Eminence line, and then continued with the make up. The full face of makeup was so lightweight and felt amazing on my face, and it lasted all day and night! It held up (had to touch up my lips but that's normal) through the heat outside and the sweaty dancing all night. Don't even get me started on how amazing the bride looked, wowzers! I can't wait to try out a full facial experience at her spa next time I am in town. I would highly recommend Jessica!

Wow. All I can say is WOW. What an incredible experience! They call it a facial, but I don’t honestly think I’ve anything that good for my entire body for so long. The treatment was a full body experience, head to toe. I feel like the facial was just the icing on the cake! The only assistance I was offered was to purchase further expensive products. Took me a lot of time and money to repair the damage, besides the wasted product I purchased. I just went for a facial at Polished Beauty Spa and it was amazing! When you first walk in, it’s a very beautiful space and super inviting. The girl working the front desk is very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The facial reached beyond my expectations, it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before! Not only does the product smell amazing, Jessica is a pro using energy work, reflexology and massage while also doing your facial, it’s so awesome!! When the service was done, I looked in the mirror and could not believe the glow my skin had! Very strange, physically forceful, and unpleasant experience. Includes bizarre things like holding your (naked!) legs apart by the ankles and shaking them - not relaxing, and utterly uncalled for during a facial. Owner condescendingly implies that skin concerns are the result of not washing your face, or of wearing makeup. Ironically, makeup is actually applied as part of the facial, so of course before/after photos on social media are amazing. I found that after removing the makeup, there was no improvement to my skin. $300 wasted (did not accept the offered discount for posting a favorable review, as everyone else seems to have done.)

Nothing is better than a stranger coming up to you and saying that your skin looks amazing -- 'what do you use?' Well... let me tell you about Polished!!! I love my Eminence products. Even products purchased from doctors at the medspa don't compare. I've been seeing Jessica since before she had her own spa. She is a true pro. She stays with you for your whole facial. Other places I've been apply the mask and leave the room for a break.
