Best massage experience in Saskatoon.Lightning, music and waiting room are very pleasant. staff are professional and rooms are fairly clean. The bed was pre-heated which makes it extra relaxing.

Loved it....it shares a building with other businesses but easily enough to find. During our visit there were plenty of parking stalls. I felt safe even though there were a few interesting men hanging around the lot. I would question about going later in the evening. They have a small reception area with a large selection of clothing, makeup, and various items for the soul. The back waiting was nice, since we were the only ones there it felt comfortable. The masseuse was prompt and professional. The ladies at the front were friendly and knowledgeable.

I love the service I receive every time I visit Paramount! The staff is always friendly and very nice. And the services providers always meet and sometimes exceed your expectations. This time I have received a massage and I shared my concerns. Derek was very attentive and fixed the problem I had with my upper back and arms. A super talented massage therapist!

Had to go back this morning for a second eye brow clean up because they did it messy and quick the first time, I like my eye brows thin/medium sized and they kept convincing me to keep my “nice thick eyebrows” my eye brows look worse than they were before the waxing. Waste of time.

in my booking I had stated I wanted my big toe nails built up with gel. My one was snagged and partly ripped off. 2 hours before my apt I was called asking if I wanted to keep my apt anyways even though this service was not offered. I had drove 3 hours so chose to keep my apt even though I wouldnt be getting what I wanted. I have never in my life paid so much for a pedicure especially to leave not getting what I had originally asked for I will not return. I must say that the lady that did my pedicure was great, very friendly.

I chose this spa because it was close to my hotel and after reading other reviews I decided this was going to be great. They got me in on short notice and I have to say this was probably the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had. Alanna was very professional and she was lovely to chat with. Quality products, great location, and wonderful customer service. If I'm back in town anytime soon I'll be back.

I was recently in for a spa day and everything was great until my mani/pedi at the end. The girl I had was extremely scatter-brained and kept forgetting steps, she grabbed the wrong shade for my pedi, was like an inch away from spilling wax all over my pants, and did an honestly terrible job on my mani (The base coat seamed to go fine, then she did the 2nd and top coat in like 2 swipes down the middle of my nails starting 1/2 cm from my nailbed- it left a very obvious and ugly line around each nail. I ended up removing my polish the next day because it looked so bad) Otherwise, the girls I had for my massage, mud wrap, and facial were absolutely fantastic and extremely professional.

Let me just start by saying that the girls who did our pedicures were very friendly (my husband and I went for couples pedis), I really enjoyed talking with my esthetician, she was very kind and my husband said his pedicure was pretty good but she did make him bleed, so as an overall experience I was very disappointed. The pedicures felt rushed and when my husband and I got back to our hotel room I was very careful to let my nail polish continue drying before we went for dinner (over an hour), but when we got back from dinner, I noticed it had still smudged and chipped in my shoes (seemed like there was almost too much polish on my toes?) and the bottom of my one foot still had tons of dry skin left on it. The girls we had were great, but unfortunately for the price we paid and the service we got, we won’t be back.

I found this place after a disastrous experience at Sunsera. I've had no complaints in the 4 or so years I've been going. Shawna cuts my hair and does a great job with curly hair. The new location next to Burnett's keys is lovely, especially the waiting area for the spa.

I went to the paramount on a recommendation from a friend. It did not disappoint. Lisa was my esthetician, and she did an exceptional job. She was very knowledgeable about the products and provided helpful information and recommendations. I would highly recommend both Lisa and the paramount spa for a facial.

I will not return. I was told 20 minutes for polish to dry, waited over an hour. Put shoes on and multiple nails smeared. Nothing like spending $85 just to have to repaint my own nails

Nicky at Paramount is AMAZING! If you’re looking to learn more about makeup or improve your makeup applying skills, she’s your girl. I took her 1-hour individual makeup lessons and loved it - worth every penny (I never felt confident wearing eyeshadow before taking her class, but now I wear eyeshadow every chance I get!). Nicky recommended that I change my whole skin care routine....two weeks later my face felt better than it ever has! Everytime I go to Paramount she makes sure I’m still happy with the type of face wash, moisturizer and makeup she recommended - she really cares about your skin and you as a client. Nicky is also a master at waxing/shaping eyebrows! I highly recommend any service from this girl!

My boyfriend surprised me with an afternoon here and I was really impressed. The staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming. I had a 30-min massage for tension and a mani/pedi. Devri paid extra attention to ensure my polish was applied perfectly. She took her time and was fun to talk to! The chair was super comfy to recline in as well :) The only thing I would maybe recommended is perhaps a change in the polish brand. Based on other reviews, it happens to smudge a bit and I had to take extra care to make sure mine stayed nice. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will be back!

The staff were unfriendly and rude. We drove from out of the city and we expected a warm welcome. We did not feel relaxed after the service was completed. Staff got payment of services incorrect. Nails for shellac were bumpy and only got corrected after it was pointed out.

I went to Paramount for a pedicure. I paid for an hour but was rushed out of there after 50 minutes. She was 15 minutes late so my appointment was cut short it seems. Pretty disappointed in service. Absolutely no drying time either (or wasn't offered at least). I've had many pedicures (elsewhere around the city) and I am always offered drying time after the appointment in waiting area. I did receive a $10 discount after I expressed my discontent. I won't be recommending Paramount.

I took my mom for pedicures for her birthday. The experience was nice but my moms shellac polish chipped off the next day. She argued on the phone with the lady the next day as they tried to blame it on her saying she was being too rough on her feet! She ended going back and getting them fixed for free but has to take another 45 mins out of another day after arguing.
