Quick, professional and relatively pain free. You will not find a more experienced group of estheticians for such reasonable prices. The receptionist is always very accommodating and will try to fit me in if I'm in the city unexpectedly - go see Cookie and the girls (Sarah is wonderful!).

Had a not so enjoyable time when I got my legs and Brazilian done as my leg hair just broke instead of coming out (likely because the hair was too long but I was told just come as you are and if it's too long, they trim it) and I felt rushed through there. Most places I've seen say it's a 30 minute appointment for just full leg but I got full leg and Brazilian done here in I'd say less than 20 minutes which would be great if it turned out perfect but as the results stand, definitely feel rushed. However I'm giving it 4 stars because I had my arms and armpits done by Tara (I hope I spelt her name right) and that was an absolutely amazing experience! Super lovely to talk to, very efficient and always asks if I see any hair she may have missed on my arms (which is great because the hair on my upper arms is very light and can be quite easy to miss a patch on). I trust her 100% with my waxing from now on and definitely recommend her to everyone especially since with her you are getting such great service at such a great price!

Had a few good experiences here the staff are really nice and everything but i never returned after having a very uncomfortable and bad experience with the manager cookie. We were taking about how my coworkers and I found a fun iphone game and she spent the rest of the (very aggressive and harsh) Brazilian wax lecturing me and making me feel awful and extremely uncomfortable calling me a thief of my managers time and money and other things. I understand she has strong values but my god hat doesn’t need to be taken out on her clients. Don’t go to her if you want a peaceful and comfortable experience.

I’m really biting my tongue on this one. Nothing against the staff that work there. They certainly try. But, the decor is dreadful, zero privacy and dirty. The expectation is for you to strip your clothes off with staff present. Poor you if you luck out and get the owner as your attendant. She talks loud, asks very personal questions, gossips and trust me, clients in “compartments” (As can’t even really call them rooms) hear everything. I left with skin missing and wax still on. Chop shop wax pit stop is all it really is. Spa? Ummmm no, owner mistakenly named it wrong. It’s taken me two years to be able to write a review as I was so appalled and disappointed. All the very best to you if you try this business. I’d strongly advise you to save up a couple extra dollars and actually go to a real spa.

My sister recently got a lash lift done the first one was done very well. However once she got the second one her lashes were completely destroyed. As seen in the picture the lashes were bent in all sorts of ways poking her eyes and eye lids. She went back to Cookie to see what could be done to which Cookie told her nothing could be done but would give her another set for free after giving these time to rest. Laughable. Cookie also advised her that it’s normal to feel heat and stinging when getting done (THIS IS NOT NORMAL!!!) My sister has since went to a professional who reversed the lash lift and has given her lashes the reset they needed to relieve her of the pain she has been feeling. This is so disheartening. My mother sister and I visited this place for all of our waxing needs and thought we would try out the other services offered. DO NOT I repeat do not. It is not safe and your eyes are to precious to risk someone who doesn’t know what they are doing to perform services on them.

This place is definitely NOT your average high end fancy spa, and the price of services reflect that. But honestly probably one of the best place I've gone for waxing. in and out in like 10 minutes for a brazilian, there's no need for an appointment to be any longer. I read some previous reviews about how the technician stays in the little cubicle/rooms with you while you undress and dress, but I mean they're waxing your intimate parts so what's the big deal with them seeing you undress? absolutley nothing. place is all about speed and in/out. only thing that would have been nice is if they did a little bit better clean up job taking left over wax off, as I had a bit on me still when I got home. also they could maybe do some of the process a little slower as they did rip some skin off on in areas. other then that, I'd definitely go back here!

I've been going to this salon since 2006. Cheapest prices anywhere for waxing. Sure, it doesn't have mood lighting or a lot of privacy, but the aestheticians are quick, efficient, and get the job done well. Highly recommend. Location is a bit out of the way and not where I expected a salon to be, but it is a real, established, ongoing business. I've never had a problem with any of my visits. Call ahead to book an appointment. They have extended hours now on Saturdays and most evenings during the week.

The owner, Cookie, is very unprofessional. She made some off-comments about Asian people which sounded borderline racist. In the middle of doing my nails she gave up half-way and they were so uneven and looked she had done it with her eyes closed. I went home and clipped them off, they were so terribly done. When waxing she was condescending and loud about the fact that I was in pain. All the other customers could hear her as the set up of their salon is structured like office cubicles. She chose to speak over the dividers and talk to the front desk, mocking me for being in pain. I don't know how she's had a business for this long. This is my fourth time going to the salon, and every single time I've broken out in whiteheads. I've finally learnt my lesson: I believe they use a communal wax pot and don't change the pot between customers. I've gotten a Brazilian so many times, and I've only had bad reactions when going to this salon. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY, THE LOW PRICES AREN'T WORTH IT.

I had my eyelashes permed and tinted here and I was the worst thing I could of done. I had very nice long lashes when I went in there and just wanted them to have curl like they would with a manual curler and after I got them permed they basically just made them look kinked and they appeared so much shorter than they did. The solution burnt. And when I called the next day to tell them I was not satisfied with their service they refused to give my money back and said they would follow up in a few days to see if the curl relaxed. Have not heard from them since. Wouldn’t recommend.

My wife only went here because its cheap and no other reason. Her last visit the owner Cookie waxed off half of her eyebrow and then tried to blame it on my wife saying she tweezes which she doesnt. The owner has also made very rude comments in the pass to my wife , telling her she could compete with her husband in a mustache competion and another time when she went in for a bikini the owner told her this wasnt the 80’s and she needed to get a brasillian. There is a reason this place is so cheap! Needless to say she will not be going back... and maybe the owner should stay away from the clients as she has no people skills and very poor waxing skills !

They left wax on my eye and around my mouth following a eyebrow and lip wax. Also, they did not use a cooling cream after either. They didn't pluck the odd ones that didn't come off with wax. I was very unhappy when I left.

I heard so many good things about this place that I went to try it. I got my eyebrows waxed and I thought they looked fine until I got home... one brow was half an inch shorter then the other, and one was way more arched then the other. I was horrified... I looked ridiculous.. The worst thing was the owner did them...
