I’ve been to cocoa nails salon for pedis and manis about 5 times in the last 2 years. First 2 experiences were fine. But My last 3 have not been. 3rd time going the lady trimmed my nails too short after telling her what I exactly wanted. 4 th time going I got pedi and the coat fell off after 1.5 week- I paid so much money with tip too. 5th time I went, I recently I got a foot infection!!!!!!! It hurts so bad. I’m not the type to make a big deal and call them but I will write reviews of my opinion. If you catch a foot infection/nail infection from a salon you know for facts they are NOT CLEAN AND DO NOT TAKE CLEAN SAFTEY PROCEEDERS or even use clean equipment. I need to find a new salon or someone who works privately from home that has excellent references. Because nails are expensive- you expect the best experience possible.

I had the worst experience ever here today. I went to go get a set of gel nails done. I asked them to make the nails a reasonable length. The esthetician argued with me. I explained that i needed shorter nails so that I am able to type and play my instrument. She left them extremely long despite my constant requests to shorten them. The polish is worse than if a 8 year old did it, and I swear I am not exaggerating! There are huge drips in the polish in some nails and so thin in others that I can see through it. Some nails even have hard bumps in the polish like the polish has dirt in it. I left the salon angry and upset and they wouldn't do anything about it. Within 3 minutes the first nail fell off when I went to buckle my seat belt. I returned and they put on a new nail but didn't fix any of the other issues. I tried calling back to the salon and asked to speak to either an owner or manager and I swear the girl told me she has no way to contact the owner, there is no way to make a complaint, there is nothing I can do or talk to. I asked her who signs her paycheques and she just replied..'There is nothing I can tell you'. I will gladly pay someone to remove these and start over but please, I beg you... do not ever go here! BTW, I had received good reviews from at least one friend who had been here for a pedicure. While I'm glad they had a better experience, they obviously hire people who aren't fit to do this work and don't stand behind it. It isn't worth the risk!

Love this place. Everyone is always friendly, it's a clean relaxing environment I get the shellac pedicure and its always amazing. They did a set for me and the shellac gel literally fell off some toes and chipped on others, I went in the next day and explained the situation and that I was upset as it was the only time that had ever happened. They took photos and redid all my toes free of charge with a new colour!!! I wont go anywhere else for a pedicure! I highly reccomend coca salon for all your mani pedi needs!!! The customer service is exceptional here, they really care about making their customers feel comfortable and happy

Terrible terrible experience with a poorly trained technician. She made me sit on my hip and lift my foot so she could reach the bottom of my foot! She didn't use toe seperators to apply polish, and it was sloppy and uneven. She tried to put my sandles on as soon as she finished the paint and smeared it. When she tried to redo it, it was a big mess. She wouldn't let me sit under the drier to finish them and made me walk out like that. When I told the manager that I was displeased she was aggressive and rude. She actually refused to give me her name and walked into an office and slammed the door. A woman waiting in the front looked at me, shocked, and said ' that is not the way to treat a customer'. My pedicure didn't last a week. Appallingly poor service.

I never write reviews but just wanted to share my experiences about the Coca Salon. I have been going there for a couple of years. I have previously tried several others and found Cocas to be very reasonable in their prices. I find them very accomodating in scheduling my appointments. On occasion, the owner has extended her business day or missed lunch breaks to help me out. Everything I have tried thus far (eye lash extensions, pedicures, gel nails/refills and brow waxing) has been to my full satisfaction. The staff are extremely polite and professional. They go the extra mile to provide a great service. I will continue to recommend Coco Salon and Spa to family, friends and collegues.

I've been a few times now and will continue. Yes it is small but this is how they can keep their prices down. I liked getting double teamed to get my mani and pedi done as I don't have time to spend all day at the salon! I've never had any language issues as someone else suggested - rather I felt the girls are there to do a job and spoke to me when I initiated a conversation.

Great new place. Stopped in for a pedicure on a whim and I am so glad I did. Honestly, I just received the best pedicure I've ever had! Complete with hot stone massage, this pedicure was top of the line. For the extremely affordable price, I am shocked with how thorough, relaxing and detailed my service was. Clean and professional. Staffs are very friendly, they did amazing job! Will come back again.

I went for a shellac manicure and pedicure. They did both at the same time, one girl doing my toes and one my hands. I sat in a pedicure chair for the whole thing. The place was small, so the pedicure chairs were cramped together. I had to share the little table attached to the armrest with the lady beside me, as we each soaked our fingers for our manicures (we each had our own finger soakers). The pedicure was good, but the manicure was awkward. The manicurist stood on my left side, so every time she had to do my right hand I had to reach across my body. It was very uncomfortable. The results were pretty good. The pedicure turned out better than the manicure. As for cleanliness, it was clean to the eye at first. Then as I watched, they shared a manicure/pedicure cart between estheticians, as well as shellac bottles, lotion, oils, etc. No cleaning between clients. The lady beside me was done first. When she left the chair, I didn't notice them clean the foot bath before the next person sat down. I'm hoping they put some sort of sterilizer in there. The chair itself was definitely not cleaned. In my opinion, the whole chair, armrests, remote control for the massager, etc should have been cleaned for the next client. I have no idea if the instruments are sterilized. It was about $80 for both services, so the price is reasonable. My pedicure was the better of the two. Overall, I was disappointed and I will not go back.

They were super nice and accommodating for me and my 3 sisters to sit together even though there was only two workers. The pedicure was really nice and relaxing in the massage chair. The hot stone leg massage was a nice touch! The only complaint was that when we moved to the nail dryer they didn't supply flipflops or shoes to all of us so we had to walk on the floor barefoot. But other than that super affordable and great selection of colors. Overall great and I would definitely go back there!

Best pedicure yet!! This place does an awesome (cheaper) pedi! They even do hot stones on your feet and take their time! All for about 40$! Cheaper than a mall pedicure. This is where I’ll be going from now on!

The BEST pedicure we have ever experienced!! They are outstanding.. relaxing and quiet place. The girls are so detail oriented, really take their time and are so polite. They do all the extras.. massage for 10 min, scrub, hot rocks, hot towel all for no extra charge. Never going anywhere else!!

I have been going here since they first opened. Their spa pedicure with the paraffin wax and razor blade (they ask if it is okay if they use it on you ) is very relaxing. So much so, that I fell asleep. I asked if she was going to put a clear coat on my toes and she said she did. I looked at them and they looked pretty good. I asked if I fell asleep and she laughed and said yes. Very comfortable atmosphere, very friendly staff. I always look forward to going to Coca!

My 6 year old son and I went for a spa pedicure and manicure ( He wanted to treat me to a mommy and son date). The ladies were so inviting to us, they welcomed my son and I in and made us feel so pampered. The lady that took care of my son treated him so well, made sure that everything was comfortable and the paraffin dip wasn’t too warm etc. We enjoyed our time together so much. I could tell that she was really caring about his comfort as he rested on the pillow she provided him and relaxed as she massaged his feet. She spent extra time to give him 3 different colours of polish and asked him nail by nail which colour he wanted next. While I was receiving my manicure they sat him beside me so he would feel comfortable and finished up his nails while we sat together. All together we spent almost 2 hours here and he had no complaints. He enjoyed his time so much he can’t wait to go back! They both did an amazing job on our polish applications and spent extra time making sure they looked perfect. Thank you so much for treating my son like a person, not just a child. For anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a pampering day with their little one, look no further. I could tell by the way we were treated that these women respect family and love children.
