I have been going to planet beach for several years. I have always found the staff to be helpful and kind. It is a nice relaxing environment. The services are wonderful, the sauna and tanning bed really help you forget about the winter, if only for a little bit.

Great Place for sauna,hydration and tanning. I'm glad I have a membership. Now the real ????. The employees are changing constantly and they hire someone who has no customer service skills. Blame the customer rather than help them is the motto. The constant excuse of how busy they are when the parking lot is empty and there's one person in the sauna. Seriously? I'm going somewhere else where people are getting value for what they pay for and not being harassed

Tried out a spray tan. Was on special 50% off the regular price so I thought great opportunity to try one. The staff was very professional yet laid back and did a great job explaining how the machine opperated. The establishment was very clean and sanitary as well. Thank you!

Just finished my second set of treatments. Trying to gain energy, lose weight and feel younger. This is the place! My first day was Slim Capsule followed by massage chair, Red Light Facial and Oxygen therapy. Today was full Red Light Therapy, Oxygen Therapy and massage chair. Can hardly wait until tomorrow - the infrared sauna. Feeling fantastic. Very energized. Staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The spa is clean with a relaxing and soothing atmosphere.

They don't stand behind their products. I was given a product by a staff member which cause horrible streaking on my legs after only using it twice. All I wanted was a refund on the lotion because I was leaving for vacation in four days and at that point need to focus on it fading. First she offered me a free sample of another product and told me i didnt dun it in properly or that the DHA was too strong for me. Then i was offered 20% off a new bottle of tanner than a free bottle. I kept trying to explain to her, I have tanned for 13years on and off and this has never happened. I asked the staff for advice on lotion because they didnt sell what I normally get, based on the forms and my skin type they gave that bottle. She still refused to give me a simple refund for the lotion because she "could not re sell it" my legs are streaked orange. Thank god for Camila at Fabutan who helped me as I cried in their store. She spoke with other Fabutan managers who helped me figure out how to get the streaks off my legs. They also stand behind their products. I have tanned in ontario, bc and now Saskatchewan and have never had such poor service. Blaming me for a product that I shouldn't have been given by your staff and then refusing something as simple as a refund because you can't re sell it is just poor customer service. I tried to explain how upset I was and she just shrugged it off and told me it would fade by saturday, I guess it's easy to not worry about it if it's not your legs, or stomach or arms. Awful.

This place has the rudest staff. I had an issue with tanning and the manager or receptionist thought she was someone super important and had horrible people skills. No wonder there is never anyone in there. Do not go here! Rip off too
