My nails look okay, however their files aren’t cleaned, which bothers me a fair bit. I watched a lady do my nails and then a half hour later she used the same file on the next lady without it looking like it had been cleaned what so ever. I’ve been picking acrylic off of my cuticles and finger pads since I left, and their communication isn’t particularly clear. When I booked my appointment, I asked for a full set, which is what I had gotten last time. However they have two different types, and they didn’t ask me which type I had wanted and as such have me the more expensive option that I wasn’t expecting. This is only the second time I’ve been to the salon and I’m unsure about going back again. The only thing that really brought me back this time was how long my last set lasted.

Very friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. I found the prices to be a bit high as the job I had done was just as good as my usual salon In London despite the fact I was paying more for a fill than I ever have to put a full set of gel nails on. Would definitely go back again just not my first choice.

Always amazing service. Best quality I have ever experienced. They're always friendly and listen to exactly what you want and spend the time to make it perfect. I am always satisfied when I leave. So many options of designs, colors and styles to choose from. They have Instagram and always post new looks which gives their customers new ideas. You won't be disappointed, I have recommended many people to them and they always love their results and keep going back.

I came here to get my nails done for my wedding and EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted going in and left with a beautiful ombré acrylic set. I will never go anywhere else for acrylic sets. My bridesmaid also got a fantastic shellac manicure that lasted her through all our final touches and the whole wedding day without any issues!

This salon was recommended to me several months ago. I haven’t stopped going since! They really take their time on both pedicures and nails to ensure they do the best job. The place I went to before was an in and out rush through type place. S. Luxe really gives you a quality experience with quality service & amazing results, and yet is reasonably priced! My new nail spot!

Went here for the first time tonight, and am absolutely in love. Clean, relaxing and friendly environment. Price was great (as most places) but with more. Nice leg and a foot massage, and offer you something to drink ( not sure what though, as I had my own drink with me). I would absolutely recommend this place to others. My new spot to get my nails done and more.

Went here for the first time after being referred by my family member. Place is super clean, all the staff are amazing and friendly! :) I had a shellac manicure done and it looks so good! My cousin had acrylics done, and she said it was the best she's ever gotten. This was my first time getting my nails done, and I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in town!

The spa itself was very nice with comfortable chairs. The technicians were very professional, and friendly. All of their tools were sterile and opened in front of us. Great prices, great service, will reccomend to all of my friends.

Andy spent extra time and care to make sure that my new nails were the perfect length and shape for me/my hands! I was also pleased by the warm atmosphere of the shop and the friendly demeanor of the other staff members. The owner Jen and her husband in particular were very welcoming & pleasant to speak with. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends... and I am so looking forward to my next visit! ............................................. My new nails have a black base... with a topcoat of rainbow glitter! The colour of the nails appears differently... depending on the light source & angle :-)

Being my first time here; I wasn't sure at first when I arrived as my appt had been booked for 1045am but I was told it was booked for 1030am on the phone. They were a little late getting to me, but I wasn't in a rush anyway so that was fine. They did an incredible job on my pedi; took their time and didn't rush at all, very thorough, great job on the French too. Then the mani with shellac; it was just perfect, a couple of my natural nails were a little short, my fault, but they did just a perfect job with what I gave them. Extremely happy with these guys! This will be my go to for future! 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new place!

I got a full set here, the employees and atmosphere were great and efficient. However, none of the tools used on my hands were sanitized and it made me very uneasy, not only because of Covid-19 but the fact that there are so many diseases that can be passed through tools. I was shocked as all the reviews were raving about how they take great steps to ensure cleanliness, but in my experience it was far from it.
