EXTORTED ME FOR 400$ - if you decide to go with these criminals, make sure you get a receipt if you pay cash, i did not and they sent a "past due" invoice threatening to send me to collections, i went in and explained that i paid and they refused to even entertain the thought that i did. Spoke with my lawyer and he said that it was easier to pay then deal with this in court, when i went in and paid with my credit card i had to ask the dope behind the counter three times for a receipt. Clearly scammers, bad people, I hope karma kicks all of these folks in the teeth.

Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Brought my pump to be fixed and they couldn't find it. They then gave me a pump and said it was mine but I realized the horse power was not the same. Came back and they still couldn't find my original pump plus they tried to give me another customers pump. Unorganized and terrible customer service.

These guys work fast and do a great job! Great Lakes Pools is the only company I will deal with! Beware of their competitors, if you're new to owning a pool the other guys will try and sell you hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals and equipment you most likely don't need.

Booked a pool close with them and they didn’t show up the day they said they would. Showed up twice over the next two days and never finished the job. Complete lack of communication from them. Update* After posting this review Great Lakes called me. They told me there had been a misunderstanding between employees and they had marked my pool as closed, I gave them the benefit of the doubt (Even though I had called the day prior and left a message telling them my situation and no one had responded) a couple guys showed up the following day and at the time they said they would and got the job done. They were very nice and informative. I can’t give them them a full 5 star review because it’s now been a full week since my pool closing was originally scheduled and there was a lack of communication in the beginning but I would be willing to give them a try again in the future.

Very helpful with maintaing a clean and clear pool. Trish is always helpful and provides great advise. Water testing is always done very well and they don't try and sell you on unneeded chemicals or products. Trish has excellent knowledge about pools. Their service team are very professional and helpful as well however not the most organized. Will say Great Lakes Pools and Spas is probably your best pool store in sarnia for 90% of your pools needs.

Great Lakes installed a pool for my neighbour. I was asked if it was ok to go on my property and I was ensured that when they are done, they will repair all damage. 2 months later and now putting together a small claim lawsuit. If a company wants to go on neighbouring property to do a job, they should ensure all repairs are done properly and timely.
