Place had good reviews, so took my wife in with hopes of getting her a pedicure. Place was empty when we stopped in Saturday afternoon. Didn't get much of a greeting from the 1 visible employee (who was on her phone). When we asked about getting her toes done, she broke the book out and said they could get her in Tuesday! We walked out, went back to the car, and headed to the next highest rated place on Google...where she was immediately taken care of.

It was my first time ever to get a mani pedi the worker left old polish in some nails .My one toe nail is smeared. I thought I had enough money on me so I ran home to get the rest. But before I did, the manager insisted I leave my phone there, which I did. And before I even left to get the money she told me never to come back again. I came back with the money and told her she's extremely rude and unpleasant. And I wouldn't come back even if I could.

Very nice atmosphere, the staff was very nice. However, I am not happy with my nails or feet. I spent 100 on a full set and full pedicure. My nails are all shaped funny, and my heels of my feet could've been scrubbed more. Plus the glitter on my 2 nails does not look right, and my nails literally look like I need a fill in already and I just got them done yesterday. I am disappointed but I don't want to be rude. ????Next time i would go to Sarah, it looked like she does a good job.

My mom and I both had Mani pedis and both of the nail technicians did completely different things and only massaged ONE of my mom's feet. My nail polish started peeling off 2 days after my manicure. Very nice location and has nice decor, but it was one of the worst mani Pedi both my mom and I had ever received.

I have never had such a terrible pedicure ever. I left with my toe nails not cut all the way, the bottom of my feet still terrible and a whopping 20 min lotion RUB not massage; after booking an appointment for their 1 HR pedicure.
