Do not get your nose pierced here. I gave it two stars, their good for everything else. I got mine pierced back in the end of January. They did it with a ear piercing gun, which you should NEVER. They gave me another stud, nose bone to be exact and told me to put it in after 2-3 days. Which, you shouldn’t really be changing it until a couple months. So It was a few days after and I tried to change it, wouldn’t go in and was super painful. We went back to the mall to possibly get a nose hoop instead. The girl told me at Spencer’s I need the gauge size which we had no clue. We went back to the visage and asked, they looked everywhere online, called some numbers and after about 15 minutes they told us they have no clue but assume it’s a 10, which was NOT it. So I got the nose bone in and of course, when it’s done with a gun it doesn’t exactly break the cartilage. It kept getting stuck, infected and it hurt so much. Cleaned it everyday. I recently changed it to a hoop, that was even more painful. Not to mention they charged 75$ for a damn hole in my nose. Not very happy.

I got three lobe piercings at this location. The only issue is that my second piercings were a bit uneven. Other than that they have healed well and I've had no other problems.

I took my two year old to Caryl Baker Visage in Sarnia at the Lambton Mall to get her ears pierced. I had made an appointment before hand, so the staff were expecting us. We got in promptly, but the earrings I wanted were out of stock (her birth stone). I let my daughter choose a different pair. The young lady who pierced my daughter's ears was wonderful with my daughter, obviously very good with kids and very familiar with piercing young ears. She made sure the marks in my daughter's ears were where I wanted them, and she even let me put the mark on where I thought it should go. She did it very quickly which I appreciated. I really love the piercing method that Caryl Baker Visage utilizes. I've seen the training for this type of piercing method and I think it's the best around. I love that Caryl Baker Sarnia is in the mall because it was easy to temp my daughter with ice cream right after. Would highly recommend others to take their children here for ear piercing!

I got my nose pierced here and they did a horrible job it got infected the placement was wrong I went back for help regarding the same. Nobody helped me ! I would never go here again and recommend going here for peircing also they are overpriced!!!!!

Me and My friend had worst experience there.It was our first time at Visage and that day we had to get ready for our graduation ceremony. We paid for full professional makeup $100 + tips and the girls over there don’t even know how to do makeup. Me and my friend were telling them what to apply first and vice versa. and they were asking each other like conforming what to apply how to apply. They spoiled our day..they did horrible work and just ran away in 10 minutes. First learn how professional makeup get done and then come to work.

I have pencil thin eyebrows now that look horrible, and the lady working there assured me they looked good. I will NOT be returning to this place.

First time coming here in years and I’ll never come back. I wanted my makeup done for a wedding, I wanted it Alittle Smokey since I was just the guest for the wedding. It looked good inside but once I got outside my face looked orange and oily I’m not sure what they did but it didn’t match my skin tone at all and it was very shiny. The girl who did my makeup did not say one word to me also the entire time only at first when wanting to know what I wanted

After what happened to one of my closest and dearest friends, I will never return or recommended this business to anyone!!! She only wanted a day of pampering after suffering a tragic loss. She was made to be humiliated and embarrassed to the point of tears. Not only by the employee, but also the manager. She left feeling even worse than when she got there. Afterwards she posted her frustration on social media and in turn received a phone call from the police saying that the OWNER asked them to call her and ask her to remove her post. She openly said the owner was welcome to contact her and discuss the situation, but no contact has been made. This is not how you run a business based on customer service.

I used to frequent here for my eyebrow waxing. Typically you could get a walk up appointment with little to no wait, occasionally it'd be an hour. I don't go there anymore because the last time I expressed to the woman that I wanted to keep my eyebrows a little more full. I left the with thin eyebrows. Sadly I had to let them grow in a bit. Very frustrating.
