As others have mentioned, customer service is terrible. If you purchase something they take the approach of "all sales are final" even if the screw up is on them.

Went in this morning show the gentleman the filter that I have for my pool see what's and I needed he asked me right away if I bought the system off at him I told him no and I was treated pretty badly that I have to leave the store and I'm bending it terrible service no help whatsoever

The folks at Aqua Pools are fantastic! Mark is extremely knowledgeable and his experience helped me to tear down and move a very old existing pool at the house I purchased. The construction materials, liner, and all associated parts were the cheapest (for the same/equal parts) around. My pool is installed better now then when it was disassembled before moving. Highly recommend this company! Chris

Terrible pool opening service. Paid over $250 to "open" the pool. That was a week ago. I have since had to consult be with a second poll company which indicated aqua pools neglected 80% of the agreed upon service. Can't swim yet, still dirty, jet covers missing, list goes on. GO ELSEWHERE! THESE PEOPLE STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU PAYING FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT.

Purchased a hot tub there in September. It arrived in November as promised. The crew that delivered it were very careful of our new deck and placed it exactly as requested on the cement pad. After a week of ownership, we requested a visit to give us some basic care and maintenance instructions. The entire process has been positive. Not a single complaint.

Rude, arrogant and very unprofessional . They hire a bunch of highschool students who don't know what they are doing and then rudely begrudge taking responsibility for damaged goods and improperly installed pools. I highly recommend going elsewhere. There are other pool companies far more deserving of your business that will treat you with the respect you deserve. The entire staff needs a class on business etiquette and how to treat people .Disgusted!
