This is by far the worst nail color I got. I went there for the first time to have shellac applied on my hands and feet. 2 days later I already had a rhinestone that fell from one of my fingers and a another nail that shipped. So I went back and they fixed it. Now a week later...both my feet have shipped nails and my hands as well. This has never happened to me before. Needless to say, I wont be going Back!

The service is really great here and the people are really nice. My nails came out nice but not exactly like the color chosen, even after 4 coats of the gel polish. They have more organic polishes so perhaps that’s why. Overall great experience !

I make an appointment, I don't get a confirmation and I call to confirm with them. I go there and I am asked to sit down. I wait ONE HOUR (my appointment is at 2:30 pm, at 3:30 pm a lady comes to take the gel off me). I’m patient, it’s okay. Then, I am redirected to another lady for the filling of my nails, I ask her for a square shape and she makes me a round shape… I politely ask her again if she can make a square shape. She put on me such a thick layer of acrylic, it was terrible. The shape, the varnish and the finish were not good despite my requests. In short, I unfortunately do not recommend. (Original) J’avais pris rendez-vous pour manucure, suite à ma pédicure qui avait très bien été et ça été ma pire expérience dans un salon. Je prends un rendez-vous, je ne reçois pas de confirmation et j’appelle pour confirmer avec eux. Je me rends sur place et on me demande de m’assoir. Je patiente UNE HEURE (mon rendez-vous est à 2:30pm, à 3:30pm une dame vient pour m’enlever le gel). Je suis patiente, c’est pas grave. Ensuite, on me redirige vers une autre dame pour le remplissage de mes ongles, je lui demande une forme carré et elle me fait une forme ronde… Je lui redemande poliment si elle peut faire une forme carré. Elle me mets une couche si épaisse d’acrylique, c’était terrible. La forme, le vernis et la finition n’était pas belle malgré mes demandes. Bref, je ne recommande malheureusement pas.

First: I spent 20 minutes after the scheduled time, well they seemed busy with other clients so it was not so bad. It took them 2 hours to nail acrylic while I asked for gel but still charged me for freezing. The lady was doing several stations at a time to make different clients at the same time. She was answering the phone during nail clipping and making appointments with other clients without apologizing, she left me without apology to start or finish the nails of other clients, in short, not very respectful as practical. It was not uncommon for me to stay there, poireauté for at least 20 mins before she finished what she had just started. Hygiene: a real disaster, between the customers, no hygiene of the hands nor equipments. No preparation of the nail before the pose, none of them (the employees) interacted with the clients present. Serious the only star that is displayed because I find that the color I chose is pretty, my nails are heavy and quite uncomfortable. No, it was not my first nail pose in my life, it's the first time I have these nails sensations to a point where I want to remove them. My first nail pose and definitely the last one at this place. I am extremely disappointed. (Original) Ne perdez pas votre temps là-bas, J'y suis allé parce qu'ils avaient de la place et j'avais besoin d'une pose d'ongle. Tout d'abord : j'ai passé 20 minutes après l'heure prévue, bon elles semblaient occupées avec d'autres clientes donc ce n'était pas si grave. Ça leur a pris 2 heures faire une pose d'ongle acrylique alors que j'avais demandé gel mais m'a tout de même chargé pour le gel. La dame faisait plusieurs station à la fois pour faire différentes clientes, et ce en même temps. Elle répondait au téléphone pendant la pose d'ongle et prenait des rendez-vous avec d'autres clientes sans s'excuser, elle me laissait sans s'excuser pour aller commencer ou terminer les ongles d'autres clientes, bref, pas très respectueux comme pratique. Il n'était pas rare que je restais là, à poireauté pendant au moins 20 mins avant qu'elle ne finisse ce qu'elle venait de commencer. Hygiène : une vraie catastrophe, entre les clientes, aucune hygiène des mains ni des équipements. Aucune préparation de l'ongle avant la pose, aucunes d'entre elles (les employées) n'interagissaient avec les clientes présentes. Sérieux la seule étoile qui est affichée c'est parce que je trouve que la couleur que j'ai choisie est jolie, mes ongles sont lourds et assez inconfortables. Non, ce n'était pas ma première pose d'ongle dans ma vie, c'est la première fois que j'ai ces sensations au niveau de mes ongles à un point où je désire les retirer. Ma première pose d'ongle et définitivement la dernière à cet endroit. Je suis extrêmement déçue.

Hi, I'll give you 5 stars for the amazing service, and clean place!!!! But I have few questions to become your permanent client: What type of desinfection you use for your scissors? Do you wash and desinfect the nail piles? Do you desinfect the tub? Also , do you desinfect all above after each client? (This is so important in nowadays- girls can have fungus nails, or God forbid blood infection like Hiv/Aids, hepatitis etc.. that can lead to serios consequences). I'm sure all clients would like to know that, because besides customer service we trust you our health.

Over the years, I've had acrylic and gel nails done. I found this place in August and absolutely love it. I had my nails done 4 times by 3 different people and am always amazed at the results. Their prices are quite cheap and the job is always amazing! Definitely recommend them!

The water they used for my feet was filled with what I believed to be some last client's foot shavings... and the whole process was expensive. The acrylics lasted a long time, but were very thick, beautiful design but I also needed to request they edit the nails multiple time which was annoying but she did try to fix what I requested.
