This is the second time that I am going there because I live nearby and because I decided to give another chance after the first and this is the last time I will go. J’ai demandé des spécifications et ca na pas été respecter, la forme de mes ongles n’a pas été respecté non plus elle n’as meme pas pris la peine de bien nettoyer mes ongles en dessous. Poudre etrangement tres transparente, la fille fesais assemblant de comprendre ce que je lui disais. Rien n’allais ! J’ai demandé a la caisse un rabais a cause de tout ces inconvénients, elle était facher contre moi et tout étais de ma faute.Je lui ai dit de laisser faire , j’ai payer et je suis partie. C’est la deuxième fois que je vais la parce que j’habite proche et parce que j’ai décider de laisser une autre chance après la première et c’est la dernière fois que j’y vais.

Easy and fast and great customer rewards programs for manicure and pedicure. I get acrylic powder or bio gel and shellac, lasts for atleast 3-4 weeks. I never get too complicated with the designs but they do some sometimes and have always looked great

She left me in the uv machine and she told me “wait 60 sec and you can leave.” Then she left for the next client without finishing the job ???? She could wait 60 seconds and fix the last imperfections. I had to call her back to come back to finish the last finishing touches. It was really embarrassing for me to disturb the client she was with. It's a shame for that! Elle m a laissé dans la machine à uv et elle ma dit " attend 60 sec et tu peux partir . " Puis Elle est partie pour la prochaine cliente sans finir le travail ???? Elle pouvait attendre 60 sec et arranger les dernières imperfections . J'ai dû la rappeler pour revenir finir les dernières finitions . C'était vraiment genant pour moi de déranger la cliente avec qui elle était . C'est dommage pour ça !

My nails were pointing up and she cut me 3 times was very sweet at first but got rude quickly was hurting me and working very roughly she was doing two peoPle at once and hurried to do my nails and hers as well. Took 3 hours to do simple acrylic nails when it normally take 45 min my nails were breaking off the a few days later when i came back for them to fix them they said i had to pay 15$ per nail does not have many nails colors as in pictures and nail colors are mostly empty 2 of the colors i wanted she had no more in the bottle and all My nails had bubbles
