As for the pose, incredible technical team. Sam and Olivier worked quickly but with incredible attention to detail. While chatting and giving advice to my dad about pool maintenance. J'ai insisté a ce que mon père contact Mickey de Spa et Piscine Renaissance...petite shop a coté de chez nous à Ste Rose qui m'a depanné et conseillié à plusieurs reprises. Qualité d'eau, escalier de piscine, robot nettoyeur, etc. Toujours un servjce de confiance. J'y étais jeudi dernier et j'avais remarqué les echantillons de toile. Bon timing, Mickey m'a repondu a 4h50 samedi, a accueilli mon père à l'ouverture du magasin dimanche matin et la toile était finie d'être posé à 11am lundi. On s'attendait a un délai de qqu jours mais Mickey a contacté mon père dimanche soir en dehors des heures d'affaires (9h30) pour aviser qu'il avait un RDV annulé le lendemain matin et possible de ne pas attendre le petit 3 jrs qui était déjà raisonnable. Quant à la pose, équipe technique incroyable. Sam et Olivier ont travaillé rapidement mais avec une attention au détail incroyable. Tout en jasant et donnant des conseil à mon père sur l'entretien de la piscine. De plus, pas de sous contractant surprise et 0 contrôle de qualité, c'est leur équipe technique...toujours les mêmes qui se présente et sous la charge de Mickey, ce qui est inexistant ailleur. On dit souvent que c'est impossible de nos jours d'avoir Prix, Qualite et Service. Il faut malheureusement se contenter de 2 des 3 au maximum. Dans notre cas, nous avons eu les 3 et a chaque visite en magasin, je peux dire que j'ai toujours reçu les 3 ou du moins, si jamais une pièce ma coûté quelques $ de plus que les géants de la liscine qui achetent en gros...j'en ai eu pour 10x cette valeur en conseil et service. Bravo à toute l'équipe. On devrait tous encourager nos petits détaillants locaux.
