I really liked it despite having lots of renovations and paying full price even though some of the pools were completely closed. Definitely relaxing and a great quiet area. Some of the workers were unfortunately very loud and were on their phones in the areas where there was renovation. The parking was full, the indications to the other parking lot was very ambiguous. There is a shuttle bus bringing you from one parking to the other so that's good!

My stay was always good except during Covid, the price is the same for less hours, with that being said you should have less number of people but the truth is the number of people is higher because people reserving a room, get a massage or reserving the whole day end up staying all together with the people reserving 4 hours in each period, so lots of people and it s loud, so I do not see the justification of that if you want to respect the Ovid restrictions you add a maximum in each period, if your priority people staying whole day or doing a massage so be it just have limited places . Other than that the service is always perfect and the food is good

Mediocre hotel, Room was very stuffy, air conditioning extremely noisy keep us awake. No towel change nor room made up in morning. No dresser to put close away. Breakfast had expired boil eggs.

Horrible experience. Reserved 2 months in advance for a weekend. With confirmation and proof and proof of reservation, they managed to overbook and told us we had to change rooms halfway through. Had to pack up and put the bags in the car at 12 PM until check in at 4pm. And all they said was sorry. Idiots working the reservations.

I would say this is the best spa around Montreal's area. I like the hotel also, but it is not cheap at all. The price is the highest on weekends and holidays- the cheapest room is around 200 (taxes in). Recently I had a hard time with a getting a right receipt- somebody put extra items/services in my bill, so it took a long-long time to correct everything. Check your bills/reciepts carefully while checking out!
