The steam sauna out of use due to a breakage, the cold pool much too hot (65 degrees or so) and the price not changed due to the breakage of the sauna. Ça aurait été parfait pour relaxer, n’eut été de la musique du bistro diffusée partout sur le site (du boum boum) et des discussions à l’entrée qui s’entendaient dans le sauna. Le sauna vapeur hors d’usage en raison d’un bris, la piscine froide beaucoup trop chaude (65 degrés environ) et le tarif non modifié en raison du bris du sauna. Bref, une expérience qui me laisse un peu sur ma faim…

Il ne nous restait donc plus que le bassin d'eau froide. On a demandé à l'accueil un remboursement, qu'on nous a refusé. On a mentionné que les spas étaient tièdes, pour se faire répondre bêtement que c'était chauffé à la bonne température. On a eu des coupons pour revenir, mais nous n'y retournerons jamais de toute évidence. Avoir su, je n'aurais pas perdu 91$. Je ne conseille pas cet endroit du tout.

Surprise, j'ai demandé à parler au propriétaire et on m'a transférée au gérant. Jusque là, ça allait bien. Le gérant à été tout sauf poli et patient. Des "ben là madame!" Et des "appelez n'importe où!!!" Pour finalement me faire raccrocher au nez après un bref "ok bonjour" alors que je parlais encore. Je n'ai jamais levé le ton, ce n'est pas mon genre. Franchement, un service désagréable et pénible. Je ne recommande pas ce genre de comportement quand une entreprise cherche à se faire des clients. Par ailleurs, après réflexion, leur politique est vraiment exçessive. Je ne comprends pas qu'on me facture le bain thermal, ni le souper. Je peux comprendre que leur masseur se déplace, mais il n'y a aucune raison de me facturer le profit de l'entreprise alors que je n'aurais pas le service, si par exemple, je fais un accident et que je suis dans l'impossibilité de me présenter. Vraiment excessif et probablement pas légal. Une entreprise à ne pas utiliser.

we stayed for three nights and would have been happy to stay longer, a 45 minute drive to downtown Quebec city and a 2 minute walk to the mountain base and hiking trails. the hotel is pet friendly with a small grassy area infront of each room. the chalets are new and very clean and well designed. the knifes for kitchen use were very good quality which is appreciated while using an unfamiliar kitchen. unfortunately, the fireplace was not working which was disappointing because the nights were cool and we were looking forward to using the fireplace. overall it was a really nice stay. (staff were not wearing masks and would usually put one on when they saw us coming but we did have to ask them to wear it properly (covering the nose) a couple of times and that was very awkward.
