We had a few unpleasant situations at this place. 1. We are a family of 6. I was away on an excursion and my wife took the kids to the aqua park with 3 other families. We had fully paid for our passes but we only got 5 tickets. She had to give her pass to one our friends kid because his dad was on the way with more passes. Due to that, some guy comes over and started yelling in a very rude tone to my wife. He assumed we were trying to give passes over the fence. He did not try to clarify the situation. He stereotyped us and based it on our looks/religion that we are doing something wrong. The staff needs some etiquette and customer service training. My family and friends are loyal Canadian muslims we pride our self in maintaining good character and good behaviour. The reaction from the staff member was not unacceptable. 2. While my son was playing in the pool he got a really deep cut near his wrist. It happened in the big pool along the sharp edge of the stones. He ended up in the near by hospital for 4.5 hours and came out with 3 stiches. He could not go in the Aqua Parc for two days. The last day my friend's son also got cut on the back of his foot. Something should be done to protect people especially kids for getting hurt.

I will give this place the lowest ranking because of the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff, there is hint of racism towards non-white. Our families are always stopped and not given passes on one pretext or other. Management should take notice of it and educate staff in diversity and inclusion.
