This is our second spa and we couldn't be happier. Our first spa needed a service call a couple times and Neil and his crew had me up and running right away well this new spa needed a service call and they were out right away got the part ordered and when it came in they went out of their way to get us up and running again. It has always been a pleasure dealing with R&S POOL& Spa Inc as they have a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient sales staff along with a service dept next to none. They have an impressive stock of parts and accessories at a competative price. When calling for service they will ask you to describe what you are experiencing along with what you have tried to do to resolve the problem. If you have overlooked anything they will advise you on what to further check for and do their best to avoid unnecessary service calls. I can honestly say that the people I have referred to them have not been disapointed and continue to use their services. They have always resolved both my pool and spa problems in an efficient and timely manor.

I have not personally used the pool services, but the drivers of the company vehicles are Terrible and I would assume those are the technicians that come. driving downtown and the driver cut me off and then gave me the finger. If I ever need this type of service I will choose a professional company who's employees do not behave like road raging teenagers
