My sister and I went for a walk in. One other customer nearly done her nails so we are told they have time. Well.. only one girl seemed to be the technician. Two and a half hours for basic acrylic. A woman came in with an appointment set and still had to wait and sat with her feet in a bare tub for twenty minutes. Would never go again.

It was nice and not loud at all. I would go back again and also recommend to friends and family. I really wished I would have been asked before cutting my nails as I cut mine before I go. They also cleaned there equipment as well found it was a clean place. Over all the service was quick and relaxing. It’s was my first time visiting this location.

Just walked in for a pedicure and they were happy to take me in. She took her time and did a very thorough job. Massage chair was a very nice addition to the experience. They were very professional, courteous and upbeat. Great environment. (Peaceful and relaxing) Will be back regularly.

Honestly the worst nails I’ve ever had. I never write reviews on negative experiences, but this was just awful. They charged me $56 for a set of gel nails, that were ACTUALLY acrylics. I’ve had acrylics on and off for the past year- just putting my nails under a UV lamp, isn’t going to convince me that it’s gel, when clearly no gel was used. So not only was I scammed, one of my nails fell off within the first week. Just terrible, do not go no matter how desperate you are (like I was).

If you thought you were getting a nice rating today you are surely mistaken. I got my acrylics taken off recently and the female servicing me soaked them for all of 5 seconds before ripping them off causing major damage to my nails. When i went to get my eyebrows waxed they were uneven and on top of that you made it look like i am forever surprised. I have places to go and i am now thouroughly embarassed to leave my house.

Terribly unsatisfied. After I expressed being in pain due to the way she was picking at my cuticles, she continued to pull at them, causing my one finger to bleed for 15 minutes. I had shellac put on one week ago and it has already begun to peel off. I definitely do not reccomend.

Really enjoyed my experience at Ontario Nails. Tessa sets the fun vibe where they are up for a design challenge, the staff are all professional and in the business for a long time so the quality shows. Other Asian run nail places make it hard to communicate what you want and make you feel like they talk behind your back in a different language. While they talk their native language here I never felt like they were talking about anything unpleasant. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean and modern place where the clientele and staff are friendly, this is the nail boutique for you. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today was the first time being back at Ontario Nails since it's been under new management. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. I got a pedicure and manicure and it was very relaxing. The lady who did mine was amazing! The bottoms of my feet are extremely sensitive and I pre warned her in case I jumped but she was so gentle that it hardly bothered me at all. That in itself made it a very relaxing experience. They keep the place very clean and are constantly sanitizing the tools, water tubs, etc. I highly recommend the girls here.

Don’t bother booking an appointment here! You will have to wait 30-45 minutes regardless... always overbooked. Had an appointment for 130 today and they had just accepted 4 clients for pedicures and hadn’t even started. The lady in front of us waited 10 minutes for a gift card and ended up walking out. Will not be taking my service here anymore... plenty of other nail salons around st Thomas!

Took my 9yo daughter for her first manicure tonight. The lady that painted my daughters nails went above and beyond. Didn't mind the 1000's questions about each step, patient with the numerous colour idea changes and had my daughter smiling the whole time. After our visit my daughter asked me if she could do her nails everytime cause she was so fun and nice. Thanks again for making her experience magical xx

Got my nails done yesterday and the crome I got on one of my nails is already gone and all i've done is go to the movies and there is extra glue and bumps on the underside of a couple of my nails, plus for me and my friend to get acrylics done it took them just about 4 hours

The staff is friendly, but the owner is not very professional. Kept complaining how they were behind to all the customers waiting. I almost left. The manicure that I got did not last the day. I had to remove the nail polish and redo it myself.

The young girl that worked on me didn't speak any english. I told her the medical problem in my foot, but she just paid no attention. She asked "water too hot?" - I said "no, it's cold, could you add warm water." She smiled but left it cold. She twisted my foot to a painful angle and cut me when I pulled away. I had 4 cuts on my toes before I left and I am still trying to heal them, since Sept 15th. They left my friend sitting there until she got herself out of the chair. No dryer for her polish and it was banged up putting her sandal back on.

1st time being here since the new management took over. Friendly, clean and they did a great job on my pedi! Thanks ladies ???????? So the polish on my toes usually lasts for at least a couple of weeks. Unfortunately this time, my polish started to chip on day 5 and I also started to notice the bottom of my feet were not as smooth as they should be. I then started to research compare their pricing to the other salons in town and they are higher-priced to most. I truly appreciated the friendliness and cleanliness but overall I’m not a fan of the end result. Sorry ladies changing my 5 star to a 3

I went in 2 weeks ago to get my nails done for my graduation. I had an appointment at 6:30 and wasn't even looked at until 7:00. The experience off the bat was unprofessional and rude. Within a week of having my nails "professionally done" they were falling off. I went back today to ask for them to be removed and all I got was a "what can I do for you". No one bothered to ask me to take a seat or even apologize. this place is an absolute rip off with awful customer service and I will never be back

Very disappointed. She did not disinfect the nail clippers before trying to use them. No greeting at the door. Toes were good. Nails not so good. The shellac was uneven and started to peel and chip within 6 days. I won't be back.

Anyways they looked great but after they were done and rang through the price it came to $80.
