Since all the tanning beds seem to be closed in London I decided to get tanning minutes here and was happy with my tanning sessions. Beds and stand ups are clean and have good strong bulbs. Would recommend a visit and a big thanks to Cindy for good customer service!!

I'm having a few issues when I go to tan here. I work till 5 pm every night & I got there Tuesday night at 6:50 & they were already closed for the night, the lady had the door locked & sign was shut off. So I called the Malibu Tan Wednesday night at 6:30 pm & nobody answered the phone, I called a few times too & still no answer. I know they said they are closing earlier now & closing at 7 pm now & closed Sundays too. I only have a few nights I can go due to other priorities but I'm getting tired of driving there & to find out they have closed early. Hopefully tomorrow night ( July 9th ) will be better & this place will stay open till 7 pm.

The staff aren't willing to correct their mistakes. They are harsh and don't comply with customer needs.

I went in a few minutes before closing to ask a few questions and get some information, and was told by the lady at the counter that they were closing in 5 minutes. She did not offer to answer any of my questions, even though I had mentioned that I was looking for some info. So I left the store, and will make the extra drive to Hollywood Tan in London.
