The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. I've had the deep massage as well as the facial and I give it an A+++. Guaranteed to walk out of that door feeling nothing but refreshed.

Elsa, who is the only person trained or qualified to do threading at CedarHurst, is incredibly arrogant and insulting. She spent the entire appointment bragging about how young she looks and that even though she's my mother's age, she looks so much better than her, despite never having met my mother. She bashed my dietary choices and what I ate, constantly bragged how beautiful she thought she was and kept bringing up my friend's acne while trying to tell her how to get rid of it. On top of all this, she would not let anyone get a word in, even if it was to ask a question about the service(s) at the salon because she was so caught up in taking about herself. Would not recommend getting threaded here at all, you'll be belittled, insulted and patronized by Elsa.

Disappointed after the reviews were so good. Staff were abrasive and rude and contradicted each other. Not a relaxing or vaguely welcoming place at all. I ended up canceling on the spot as I didn’t feel comfortable or welcome.

I think Cedarhurst spa is excellent with incredibly attentive staff, high quality treatments and great facilities. I have been there a few times and it makes for a very relaxing day. Would recommend for groups of two or three. I usually go for the deep massage and facials. The therapists are all experts and make sure you're enjoying your treatment too.

Got a great haircut from Kathy. The cut is easy to maintain and is a huge improvement after 5 months of lock down growth! Healthy and safety precautions were very clear and made me feel completely comfortable.

I've been here twice for the hydrating facial and I've gotten the shellac mani. Amazing service, they do an amazing job, and they're very friendly! My skin looks and feels so much better afterwards and the mani was perfectly done. Would definitely recommend this spa to everyone. :)

I have been to Cedarhurst several times, for many services ranging from a full day at the spa to mani-peds and threading. The most memorable service I had, though, was from Elsa. She threaded my legs so expertly, and on top of that, proved to be a great conversationalist, which helped to put me at my ease during my first threading experience. She was also intuitive to my needs, offering refreshment when I needed it, playing music she knew I'd find relaxing, and listening attentively to my chatter! When I go back, I'll be asking for her specifically from now on; I have already told all my friends to go to her, too!

I got my eyelash extensions done and I was told to use baby shampoo which I used 48 hours after like I was suppose to. A bunch of eyelashes fell out and then I was told by another lash technician you are not suppose to use baby shampoo because it’s bad for your lashes.

I decided to try a facial at this spa and I am extremely happy with the results. Julie was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. My skins looks so much brighter after the facial. I would defiantly recommend the spa to anyone looking for a relaxing experience!

Had pedicures and a shellac manicure. The ladies who worked on us were absolutely lovely. It was a pleasure to be there with them. My mom and my daughter and I all had a fabulous time. 2 weeks later and the shellac is still perfect as well as our toes. Thank you, cedarhurst for a wonderful experience again.

I have not had my hair professionally cut in years (~6 years of trimming on my own), because I rarely have a good experience. I have ultra-fin hair and hairstylists always want to give me a full head of layers and thin it out even more. After years of wearing extensions to hide the layered mess, I finally decided my hair was long enough to take another chance. Courtney was THE BEST choice, she listened to my wants (keeping it as long as possible despite the mess and how thin it is),she knew exactly how to cut it,and made my thin hair appear full and voluminous. I have not tried anyone else at the salon, but based on my experience I would highly recommend going here! Thanks again Courtney!

I went here just before Christmas I saw Elsa and she was absolutely fantastic from massage to manicure to pedicure. She gave me snacks while I had my pedi and tea when I had my mani. I cannot express enough what fantastic service I got while I was there. My shellac lasted way longer than it has from other places. The prices are very comparable and you get that full spa feeling the whole place is beautiful from top to bottom.

I have been receiving spa treatments from Julie at Cedarhurst for many years and it’s always a very positive experience. Not only does she do a great job but I really enjoy her company. I have also received massage treatments from Becky and would say the same about her. The ambience at Cedarhurst is cozy and inviting. Kathy’s gardens are so beautiful and bring a sense of calm even before you’ve walked through the front door. The staff is knowledgeable, fun, very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend treating yourself to a visit here.

My husband bought me a g/c for Xmas based on google reviews. I was overly disappointed with my manicure. First off, the lady doing my manicure never introduced herself. I still don’t know her name. The manicure was very poorly done, my cuticles were not cut or anything. The application of the shellac was terrible, air bubbles and missed corners. I was guaranteed 2 weeks before cracking, I cracked on the 6th day and all came off by the 8th day. So disappointed with my experience. I have to say that my pedicure (different lady) was well done.
