New owner has done wonders with the space. Very clean & organized!!! I have very difficult hair to color (Naturally Curly, Medium Brown , FIne but very thick hair). Getting my hair lightened has always been super difficult for any stylist accomplish without the foils turning brassy , hair being severely damaged and having to spend several hours in the styling chair (twice Ive spent 5 plus hours & still left with a color I wasn't happy with & severely damaged hair). When I made my first appointment, the stylist who would be doing my hair, checked my hair over & assured me she wouldn't have any problem achieving the color I was looking for (a light ash blonde).....I was dubious beacause I've always had such a difficult time getting the color I wanted without having to having to spend hours in the salon & having my hair double (often triple) processed. However in the day if my appointment , I was soooo surprised when the stylist nailed my color in her very first time!!! She was amazzzzing and clearly understood what needs to be done to give her clients the color they are looking for! I would highly recommend this full service salon/spa to anyone. The saff are all well presented & trained. The facility is very clean & organized.The storefront offers a great selection of products as well as a clean & inviting atmosphere to relax while waiting for an appointment!

EDIT: This used to be a five star review. I LOVED this place. The atmosphere, the people - it was MY salon. I went there because they assured me they could die my hair grey. After five hours Friday night, and four hours Saturday they told me I'd have to come back, it just wouldn't turn. My hair appeared shorter, the stylist said it didn't, but I didn't realize until I was on my way home that it was BOY SHORT at the back. And my hair broke off everywhere. I immediately messaged them - and they NEVER RETURNED a single message. They FRIED my hair beyond recognition, and I had to drive 2 hours on a Sunday to get a hair remedy to help, however, I ended up getting a boy short haircut (my hair was half way down my back before) to save what little hair I had left. I was disgusted that I was ignored. DISGUSTED. AND I PAID over $200 for something I didn't want or ask for. NEVER EVER EVER again. Unbelievable. WORST SERVICE ON THE PLANET. It's great when you are hand over fisting them money, but the second something goes wrong they flat out ignore you. Keep in mind that I told the stylist that two hairdressers had told me that my hair couldn't go that colour, and she ASSURED me within 3 hours I would have the colour I wanted. 9 hours later I left with orange hair, and a BOY hair cut thanks to the immediate breakage. FIRST REVIEW: Wow! Incredible nails and eyebrow work is done here! Plus they have tanning! Tanning!! Woot!

Walked in when shop still open, 15 min to close, hairdressers there, refused to do a quick 10 min trim. Maybe they should lock the door and turn the lights off if they do not want to service people.
