I've been recovering from a car accident for the last 3 1/2 years and have had multiple massage therapists. I've started massage therapy with Zach Hunter and I'd reccomend him In a heart beat to anyone. Hands down best massage treatment I've had , and I've had a lot since the accident.. They also do other treatments here like chiropractic therapy. The receptionist is friendly as well and the place is spotless clean and they take the time to follow covid 19 procedures.. Very professional, warm , welcoming and accommodating.. I highly recommend coming here

Refresh Wellness is my go to for Massage, and nails. Leah is a great massage therapist; very professional, and knowledgeable and we always have great conversations. Inna has amazing attention to detail like I've never seen before, and always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients receive the best. I am very hard on my nails and my shellac manicure held up great, no chipping or lifting at the base. This studio is all about quality and customer experience. Highly recommend.

Danielle is my go-to esthetician; and while I’ve been going to Refresh Wellness Studio for manicures and waxing, I know a number of people who also come here for facials, massages and more! Highly recommend!

Excellent staff. Receptionist is so kind and Erica is an amazing massage therapist. Very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend her. I went to her while pregnant and have continued to go since. She has helped me tremendously with my hip and lower back pain since having my babies as well as my shoulder and neck pain from a past injury. 5 stars for sure!

FANTASTIC Hot Stone and Therapeutic Massages. Arrived in Saint John, NB Canada by cruise ship. Refresh Wellness Studio is only a 5 minute walk from pier. Studio was clean, therapists were professional and very friendly. Came with my daughter and we each had a 1.5 hour treatment. I believe the therapists were Michelle and Andalia. Prices were very reasonable and service was equal to or better than those same services received in New York City. Treatment is by appointment only. Made ahead of time via email to owner. Highly recommend for something to do in Saint John after a tour and/or lunch! Lots of cute restaurants and pubs in the area and we felt very safe returning to the ship in the early evening!

I received Acupuncture treatments from Ashley. She really helped me with my sleep and energy. Th reflexology treatments are amazing, my favourite is the hand treatment. Definitely recommend trying these treatments out for any health challenges!!!
