My girl Heather does an amazing job with my hair. All the stylist/staff there are very friendly and and really know their stuff.

The people are great !! The service is great I would have givin them 5 stars but the color wouldn't stay in my hair so I was in there for 5 hrs !! Then had to go back a few weeks later to have it done again they did find a product that works and stays in my hair so at the end of the day I am happy ????

Just had my first haircut since moving to Saint John four years ago. I had 8 inches cut off my hair by Sarah and balayage done and I couldnt be more impressed with the result. The salon was beautiful and sarah was so friendly. I wish the salon had an instagram account I could follow and see what they are up to because they are definitely going to be my new place to go - specifically Sarah! Then I forgot the shampoo I bought on the counter and they even told me when they would be in on their "closed" day so I could come pick it up. If you are looking for a new salon, I HIGHLY recommend Fusion SJ!

I have been going to Fusion for a while. I haven't had a bad experience. But I just started seeing a new hair stylest because my regular girl moved away. I forgot about our hair appointment and when I called to reschedule I was told I had to pay for the new appointment before I went. At first I felt a little annoyed about that, but when I sat down and thought about it that made a lot of sense. The stylist pays a lot of money to become a stylist, a lot of money for their tools, their time and they also pay to rent the chair space. They depend on that appointment for income, so by missing the appointment they miss a paycheck. I agree with that policy and I love my new hair dresser and I love Fusion

My wife decided to go to Fusion after hearing great reviews about it. Her experience started going down hill when she got her foils done and then went to sink to get her toner put in and then quickly washed out after application. She never experienced this before but thought hey maybe it’s a new product and didn’t say anything. When she returned to her chair for styling he proceeded to straighten her hair after she had to ask for a second time if he was supposed to do a beach wave style to her hair. He then proceeded to say well I don’t have time for that so I’ll have to straighten it today. She came home only to discover that by the very Next day her hair colour went to a brass colour after using purple shampoo. We both understand in these times of Covid happening that everything is more challenging but please understand that I as well have to defeat this challenge and make that money to pay for what is supposed to be a professional service and now has been told that toner will go in for 15 minutes ( no charge) but unfortunately doesn’t have time blow dry and style. This hairdresser in my opinion was tipped well for service that was unfortunately not so well at all. My wife is very disappointed and can certainly say she will not return to him other than for her 15 minutes he can spare to fix his own unprofessional mess he has made to her hair.

I had a complete hair makeover by Hair on Demanda at Fusion and it turned out wonderfully. I love it! The place was clean and nice and they serve alcoholic beverages, which is nice when you are going to be there a while. I also had my brows waxed by Shauna and she is lovely. Very good job!
