Katrina is one of the best yoga instructors I have met: very knowledgeable, experienced, attentive, professional, helpful and positive. I have been attending Katrina's yoga classes for nearly 3 years and thai massage sessions almost for as many years and I can tell you that she is extremely professional, adaptable to your needs ( even if you are in pain, prior injuries or conditions), always very positive and helpful. The results from a few Thai massages are quite astounding and, by far, are way better than regular Swedish massages. If you have never tried a Thai massage, call Katrina! She is the best!
