I purchased a Tuango voucher for this salon. Followed the guidelines and called to change my appointment in advance. I was then left a message for an appointment without my consent. When I called back to inform them that this appointment would not work, the owner got extremely rude and refused to honor the voucher. Terrible service and would not recommend. They also never answer the phone. The owner also does not keep proper track of her appointments.
