Poor values I booked an appointment for a stylist for my haircut. The person who cut my hairs was not a stylist but someone from aesthetics. N she gave me a poor hair cut. And the person who booked the appointment ( on the reception) completely supported the poor hair cut n tried convincing me that aesthetic person is also stylist. Poor poor They charge you full for a stylist giving you someone from aesthetics This happened twice with me. I ignored it for the first time thinking it’s a genuine mistake. But they repeated it. So it’s their way of doing business with new clients.

I look so forward to my appointment each week to be greeted by Kim, the most pleasant receptionist, who immediately offers me a delicious cappuccino!! I am spoiled by the rest of the staff and get the absolute best cut & blow dry from my favorite, my only hairdresser Marisa S. The best part is being able to shop until you drop at Jody’s jewelry. The most beautiful-choices of clothing, accessories and jewelry. Amazing prices!! Their new location is absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing. This place is true to their brand. It is total vibes... FOR REAL. The first appointment I booked was to survive a hair dying catastrophe last minute and I was really anxious to be there. But instead of worrying about the full cup of hair I lost... I was served a glass of Chardonnay and a bowl of popcorn...I felt like my hair transformation was a movie ???? ????. I went in for a cut. Only for a cut. It's what I had planned in my budget. I arrived there and was greeted warmly by a person at the desk (my star goes to her) but after that it all went downhill. I showed photos to the stylish I was assigned to. She explained a long bob would suit me better for my type of hair. I explained that it's not what I wanted at all. I hate blunt ends, it doesn't go with my style which is more edgy. Showed more photos. Long layers with long wispy ends. Like the photos. She cut my hair but kept coming back to the long bob. I was polite, and said what I wanted. I was vocal about it and communicated it clearly. She explained a blow dry would help her see the cut better. Over my budget, but I accepted to help the stylish get me the cut I wanted. She kept pushing for the long bob despite my many attempts at explaining what I wanted. I'm covered in tattoos, I color my hair all sorts of colors, blunt is not my style at all. She didn't listen. I kept asking her to remove the blunt but she didn't listen to my requests. A few snips here and there, asking me if I liked it. Seeing it was going nowhere, I left the salon with exactly what I didn't want. And that blow dry didn't last 2 hours. Stylings should listen to their clients. I didn't like my experience at all. I don't look like myself. I hate my hair now.

She really understood what I wanted and she is up to date with the new techniques and styles. My blow dry (which usually starts falling appart, dulling and frizzing) stayed perfect all night! I've been to Vibes on various occasions, for updos for weddings and for eyebrows, and makeup they are such an an amazing team and are attentive to what you are looking to get done in regards to hair style, makeup.. oh and for the 2 times I've gone for a wedding (I was MOH for one of them) my hair did not budge all night neither did the brides! ???????? Their prices are fair aswell.
