After installation, we noticed that all the posts around the pool were dented (problem at the factory and not at the installation). Then, a "plumber" came by to connect the pipes ... and the next day, we noticed that 3 pipes were leaking and the connectors were all "chipped" because they were tight with the wrong tools. The "plumber" came back later to fix ONLY ONE of the pipes (he had forgotten the gasket) and tells us that someone else will take care of the rest. Subsequently, we noticed that the pool was sinking .... the canvas was pierced. We had to empty the pool and wait for a gentleman to come (Mr. Réal, very nice) to have the canvas welded. I am a little doubtful now of the life of my canvas ... but I am assured that it is current and that it is still like "new". After filling the pool again, we waited for another technician to come, the other Saturday after (Mr. Stéphane) to arrange the other pipes, change the connectors and replace the poles which were dented. This gentleman did a great job, and we would have liked to have him from the start! The problems being (finally) resolved ... first swim, we do not notice slight values or standard defects of a pool bottom ... but craters and bumps up to an inch and a half high in the bottom, in several places where we hang our feet ... This is not our first pool, we know that the bottom is never like a straight floor, but there ?? I am therefore assured that we will come at the end of the season to check what is possible, so it is to be continued. I still put 2 stars (and not zero) because although it is almost impossible to speak to someone when we phone, our salesperson Diane and Sébastien from the after-sales service always called us back very quickly and gave very good service. So the stars go straight to them (and Monsieur Stéphane) for their flawless after-sales service, but the rest of the experience so far has been disastrous. We now hope not to have to call back for other problems ... Note that after all these problems and wasted time, no compensation was offered to us by Club Piscine. ** UPDATE: I was contacted quickly following my comment. I added a star because apart from all the problems we had, the after sales service was very good. I am assured of the guarantee of the canvas, we will come to make the necessary checks on the bottom of the pool after the season (which suits me) and we have also received compensation from Club Piscine. (Original) Nous avons acheté notre piscine et thermopompe en février 2021 et elle a été livrée et installée comme prévu à la fin mai. Après l'installation, nous avons remarqué que tous les poteaux autour de la piscine étaient bossés (problème à l'usine et non à l'installation). Ensuite, un "plombier" est passé pour connecter les tuyaux... et le lendemain, on remarque que 3 tuyaux coulent et les connecteurs sont tous "grugés" car serrés avec le mauvais outils. Le "plombier" est revenu plus tard pour arranger UN des tuyaux seulement (il avait oublié le joint d'étanchéité) et nous dit que c'est quelqu'un d'autre qui va passer pour le reste. Par la suite, nous avons remarqué que la piscine coulait.... la toile était percée. Il a fallu tout vider la piscine et attendre la venue d'un monsieur (Monsieur Réal, très gentil) pour faire souder la toile. Je doute un peu maintenant de la durée de vie de ma toile... mais on m'assure que c'est courant et qu'elle est encore comme "neuve". Après avoir rempli la piscine de nouveau, nous avons attendu la venue d'un autre technicien, l'autre samedi d'après (M. Stéphane) pour faire arranger les autres tuyaux, changer les connecteurs et remplacer les poteaux qui étaient bossés. Ce monsieur a fait un excellent travail, et nous aurions aimé l'avoir dès le départ! Les problèmes étant (finalement) réglés... première baignade, on remarque non pas de légers valons ou défauts standards d'un fond de piscine... mais des cratères et des bosses allant jusqu'à un pouce et demi de haut dans le fond, à plusieurs endroit où on s'accroche les pieds... Ce n'est pas notre première piscine, on sait bien que le fond n'est jamais comme un plancher droit, mais là?? On m'assure donc qu'on va venir en fin de saison pour vérifier ce qu'il est possible de faire, donc c'est à suivre. J'ai quand même mis 2 étoiles (et non zéro) car malgré qu'il est quasi impossible de parler à quelqu'un lorsque l'on téléphone, notre vendeuse Diane et Sébastien du service après-vente nous ont toujours rappelés très rapidement et donné un très bon service. Donc les étoiles vont directement à eux (et Monsieur Stéphane) pour leur service après-vente sans faille, mais tout le reste de l'expérience est jusqu'à maintenant désastreux. Nous espérons maintenant ne plus avoir à rappeler pour d'autres problèmes... À noter qu'après tout ces problèmes et pertes de temps, aucun dédommagement nous a été proposé par Club Piscine. ** MISE À JOUR : j'ai été contactée rapidement suite à mon commentaire. J'ai ajouté une étoile car mis à part tous les problèmes que nous avons eu, le service après-vente a été très bien. On m'assure de la garantie de la toile, on viendra faire les vérifications nécessaires concernant le fond de la piscine après la saison (ce qui me convient) et nous avons également reçu un dédommagement de la part de Club Piscine.

J'ai dû déployer des efforts pour apprendre qu'ils allaient peut'être en commander et que tout arriverait dans quelques semaines. J'avais expliqué que le filtrer était inopérant depuis plusieurs jour et qu'on aurait pu au moins me rappeler pour m'aviser afin que je fasse le nécessaire. Je comprends que des erreurs d'inventaire puissent arriver mais de laisser "sécher " le client sans aviser est un signe que le service à la clientèle est déficient. J'ai vraiment senti un "je m'enfoutisme ". Déplorable comme situation. Heureusement un compétiteur à tout réglé en 10 minutes incluant l'installation pour $15.
