i was just on their webiste and non of the links work, so i decided to try the live chat even though i know that those are useless. and i was told right away that they only service the GTA. so i wished the person a good day and suggested that they take off st catharines links off their web site, So then she said that they service st catharines and would i like to set up a consultation. why would anyone want to set up a consultation with anyone at this company when they lie to you in live chat. i will not be buying my hot tub from these people..so disappointed.

Updated review: have since been back to the store twice for supplies and had much better service, very helpful. Would return again. Old review: horrid experience, the rudest five minutes of my whole hot tub buying ordeal. the fact that we didnt buy our sundance spa from this particular location in st catharines meant we were unable to ask the gent who was in today basically a single question while we picked up some small items. he kicked up a fuss and said that the place we bought from should be helping us and when we told him what we were doing with the spa he insisted it was wrong information and shouldnt be caring for it that way, yet offered no actual information on how to "properly" care for our tub. luckily we already own the hot tub and are happy with it, else we may not have purchased at all.

The bad news was that we had a problem with our new hot tub (it was delivered around 6 weeks ago). My wife and I went to the store to speak to Greg (one of the owners) who listened to the three things that were going on and he told us he'd get hold of his service manager, Mark, who would call us to make a service appointment. We got a call from Mark on our way home who said a technician was at our house waiting for us (this was more of a convenient coincidence of good timing but we'll take it). I wish I knew the tech's name because he was brilliant - he diagnosed the problem (leaking waterfall valve that caused a pump motor to fail), drained the hot tub, swapped out the motor for a new one and we were up and running within a couple of hours. Outstanding service due to great teamwork and a fantastic technician. Thanks guys - I couldn't have asked for a better service experience.

The installation and electrical prep was completed on time and as promised with the utmost professionalism. No need to look any further…Sundace St. Catharines is where you need to buy! We did our homework…compared apples to apples and Sundace exceeded every expectation…especially when the pricing is basically an all in price (no plus, plus, plus, plus pricing) and the price on the website is the price. It was a long wait for us but we ordered the Peyton in Black marble and knew the wait time when we ordered so there was no surprise. Rob is the salesman you need…he’s not your typical salesperson..he’s there to tell you what he knows and lets you make your decision..zero pressure and he knows his stuff. Delivery and install were seamless. The tub itself comes preset with no real need to mess with any settings. I do find we go through a lot of chlorine so we switched from granulars to the pucks which works for us. The Peyton has not disappointed in any way and I would recommend Sundance St. Catharines, Rob and the Peyton to anyone looking to make this expensive purchase without hesitation!

We Had an amazing experience here with a Knowledgeable sales person. With a great attitude, not ever feeling pressured. The most we can say is we LOVE OUR HOTTUB we found the Cameo the best for us. I suffer from reuhmatoid arthritis, ive had 3 spinal fusion surgerys and Lupus. It is a god sent. From reducing swelling to awakening the senses. Wether just the 2 of us. Or company it's a great fit. The clear Ray system is amazing we use less than 1/2 the chemicals of our old tub. We have had a issue with our lights under the diverts. They where great. Came out right away. And fixed the problem. Even there service Men are polite and very helpful! GREAT JOB SUNDANCE SPAS. we will enjoy ours for years to come and recommend you to anyone looking for a great quality and great looking Hot Tub!

We bought the 2015 floor mode Peyton tub last spring. Last fall we discovered that flaw had occurred in the wall inside the tub. We spoke to Sundance and after a few emails & pics to the warranty dept the tub was replaced under warranty with a brand new 2016 model. The installation crew members are always very pleasant and helpful. Thank you everyone at Sundance Spa! We love soaking in our tub!

I purchased my 3 seater spa just under two years ago. The purchase experience was easy. I purchased the 880 series. Dealing with Rob was easy, no pressure and just good advice. Delivery was right on time. Spa put in place and setup within 2 hours. After purchase service is terrific. When I have had a problem, I call and describe the situation and 100% of the time I can rectify the problem. If there is a problem I can't rectify, I setup a service call with quick response time. I highly recommend Sundance Spa for great product, service and friendly staff.

Bought our Peyton Hot tub almost 3 years ago and it has ran perfectly in all that time. The UV technology means we don't have to use as much chemicals, which is nice. A cap of Boom each day and some pH Boost from time to time. Replace the UV bulb and filter once a year and do a water change and filter rinse every 3-4 months. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and really know their product. I would definitely recommend.

I bought a chelsee hot tub from sundance spas on bunting road in st.catharines. I mostly deal with Scott or Rob in store or on phone. Before purchasing this hot tub, I never had owned one and now I don’t know how I’d go without. The customer service provided by the guys over my year and half has been absolutely amazing. They have been able to answer all my questions either on phone or in store and they have helped me getting my hot tub balanced so it works efficiently. For the last 6 months I have been playing a lot of sports and to be able to come home and soak in the hot tub has been unreal. I broke my ankle about a year ago and I feel my hot tub was a huge benefit to my healing process. The chelsee has 8 foot jets with incredible power which I used on daily basis while I was healing. I recommend sundance spas on bunting road in St. Catharines. The product is great and the guys at the store are always willing to help.

He provided a lot of information on the different spa options and on the installation requirements but never put pressure on us to buy one. We didn’t purchase on our first visit but came in a few times to ask more questions and they were all answered patiently. We always had the feeling being taken care of properly. After the hot tub was delivered, I had some questions about the maintenance of the Hot Tub and the water quality maintenance, and this was always answered in thoroughly and in detail. Unfortunately those owners no longer own this business. In the past year I have had to make two services calls and deal with a man by the name of Bill he is very rude and down grading and not helpful at all. After 10 years of buying all my supplies and supporting this business I AM DONE WITH THEM! and will definitely be telling people to buy elsewhere.

I purchased a round Denali Hot Tub from Rob and Scott about 3 months ago. I was very impressed with the fact that they were willing to negotiate a reasonable price with me. I needed a crane to have it installed and they were willing to negotiate with me on that price also. I just went in today to upgrade my knowledge on the chemical aspects of the hot tub. There was another Rob (a younger version) there and we talked for a good half hour or so. He filled me in on a lot of information that will help me save money by cutting back on the amount of chemicals I was using. I am really pleased with this tub. My wife and I sit in it for about an hour or so 3 times a week. Rob recommended that we do it au naturel (to save on chemical usage), so that is what we do. Love every minute of it! As do our neighbours....probably. The after sales aspect of this company has just blown me away!

I purchased an 880 Series Capri July 5th 2017. It has to be one of the better purchases I have made. I use it on average 5 days a week all seasons. I use it for massage therapy, which I have really benefited from. This was made possible because of Rob being honest with the information he gave me and how he explained the ease of maintenance.. All the staff at Sundance Spa are knowledgeable and willing to help if needed. I have only good things to say about them. The service calls to Sundance Spas are handled very professionally and very quickly. A service call is setup and you are given a time and day and your problem is taken care of. I purchased an Altamar Sundance Spa in 2012. The only thing that went wrong with since then was a flow sensor that was replaced under warranty. We enjoy the spa winter and summer, turning the heat down to 92f in the summer. The new owners in St. Catharines are friendly and knowledgable. Using minimal lithium my wife and I hardly detect any odour and the water is sparkling. We take advantage of the sales here when we can.
