I visited this place one month ago. I had botox on my forehead. I usually have 50 units botox to have smooth forehead. Last month I was told I needed 100 units. I paid for the 100 units and had my botox. A few days after my "treatrment" one of my eyebrow was half of inch higher than the other. I had all my lines showed as before my "treatment". I went back to the office and I was told I need at least another 35 units of botox. After this visit my buchered eye brow went back to almost to its original place but all the lines on my forehead I paid a thousand dollar is visible and the same as before my "treatment". Apparently a botox treatment last at least for 3 months??? yes, indeed if you go to a professional place not like this. I wonder if they inject water?? I also had a cheek injections. Under my eyes now I have a bluish bag and I am just hoping not to go blind. I never had such a horrible experience ! This cost me over $2000 to ruin my face! This is a place I would NEVER EVER go again!!!! I am thinking to write to better business bureau too because its unfair to take peoples hard earned money and not to give service!!! I am very upset and disapointed !

I went here for a consultation for my lips and under eyes. The hostess was kind and the consultant was very honest. I didn't feel pressure to proceed with a procedure and was educated on different types of procedures I could get done. I decided to go ahead and get juvaderm lip fillers especially since they were offering 50% off for the 1st syringe. Elizabeth made me feel really relaxed and comfortable during the entire lip procedure. She was patient and explained each step of the process for me since this was my first time. I am considering going back for more fillers because of her. I have nothing negative to say about the experience and the staff. I don't think I can justify paying full price though since I know a friend who had the procedure done for less than what I paid and I was discounted 50%. But again, Elizabeth is awesome and I highly recommend visiting skin vitality because of her!

I felt like the team took the time to hear what my main concerns were or what I was self conscious about. I took advantage of a promotion they had and booked, which was a bonus! If I could leave zero stars, I would.... I cannot comment on the treatment as we didn't even make it that far. You will want to read this entire review. 1st visit was canceled because they didn't have the laser machine at the office. Rescheduled. 2nd visit they couldn't perform the operation as I had too much sun exposure which no one warned me about. Rescheduled. 3rd visit got canceled THEY DAY OF, after me limiting my sun exposure for a week. It was canceled because they didn't have the laser at their office, AGAIN. After that I said no more. They still charged me for 2 visits which totaled over $300. I called their office to have it removed, girl said she would have to talk to someone and call me back. Never heard back from her for 2 weeks. I ended up calling my credit card company and am currently in a dispute for the over $300 charges which I never received one single treatment.

Before I begin please see that I am not one to typically ever leave bad reviews. It's been a year now since I recieved small area cool sculpting on my neck area to avoid the 'double chin' effect. After a few phone consultations with Veronica she told me due to my age and how serious the area of concern is, I would only need one session. After going into the clinic and sitting down in the chair about to start, the lady told me I would likely need more than one session. Which is ok, but I would've liked to know before this point. She assured me I would see some results, just perhaps not to the extent I was looking for, and not to worry it can take 6 months to a year to show fully. 1500$ and a year later; there has been zero change in how I look, not even the slightest improvement whatsoever. Unfortunately it was an expensive lesson to learn. I hope others will read this and look into alternatives to help them with their insecurities as I will soon also be too.

The whole experience was not ideal. I live outside of St. Catherines in a smaller town but that being said St. Catherines, Hamilton and those surrounding areas are the closest 'cities' that I tend to go to for services so it was about an hour drive to get here for me. The drive is fine not complaining about that at all, however my appointment was at 4pm and I wasn't seen by the nurse until 4:55pm. And I didn't finish until 5:50. I came for filler, so the procedure time was fine as it usually takes about an hour. But for the other hour of my time there I was just sitting in the waiting room, they made me pay first which is unusual and had I not paid I probably would've walked out before even getting to filler because I was sitting there for so long. I went to the bathroom near the end of my filler and as I was walking out, the manager, owner, who knows was essentially telling the nurse to hurry up.. hurry up a MEDICAL PROCEDURE. I understand there are other people in the waiting room now, waiting for their appointments that were also probably scheduled an hour ago but medical procedures should never be rushed, the person performing the procedure should never feel rushed.. this is when mistakes happen. In my opinion, the manager, owner, who ever should be scheduling the nurse at least an hour and a half for each patient. This would allow a proper amount of time to discuss desired results, allow her to get ready, time for the procedure and time for anything else that may come up in the appointment. She'd then have proper amount of time to get things organized after a procedure as well and prepare for the next. I don't know I wish I looked around at a few other places before coming here. I also want to add that you go into an 'office' or something before you even see the nurse and essentially tell this person what you're there for.. but then you literally repeat everything you just told this person to the nurse anyways... so it's literally it pointless in my mind and I have never experienced that in all my years of getting filler lol it just felt super all over the place and chaotic to me I don't know.. I've never ever felt rushed in an appointment before, I've always been told to take my time if I get a little anxious or nervous during an appointment lol because this still happens even though I've been getting filler for like 5 years but yeah I don't know just bad vibes super rushed and I feel like they're over-scheduling themselves. As for the filler results themselves, they're fine, the nurse was super nice. But I am going this weekend to the Lip Doctor in Mississauga to have him fix up the edges of my upper lip as they appear super sunken in (no filler was applied in these areas) and filler was just applied to the middle so it looks a bit weird. BUT I am very happy with the filler I got in my smile lines and mentolabial crease (area between your chin and lower lip). But yeah I don't know a super chaotic experience, the room is also uncomfortably small and claustrophobic. I also wanted to add that my mom and dog were in the car waiting for me the entire two hours lol which is crazy and I felt so bad.. for what was supposed to be a 45-60 minute appointment. I just thought I'd share this experience as I really did trust the reviews for this place when booking but yeah this just wasn't an ideal experience. I'd also like to add that I am from Alberta and just here visiting so that's why I didn't go to my usual spot(s) but yeah it was just crazy because it's always been such a simple, quick and easy procedure that yeah I really wasn't expecting this whole chaotic experience lol. Hopefully this helps someone when making a decision to go here. 10/10 do not recommend.

Super friendly staff except the pushy saleswoman. Decided on cool sculpting, what a scam. I did 2 sessions and 1 of the Venus, no results. My body type is not right for this program yet she pushed and told me I would be a great candidate. Thousands of dollars later no results. Do your research. For the money I could have done lipo. Edit: they never followed up, yes Covid happened but they still could have. Save your money. They may be incredible at other services but I feel as though I was duped.

They answer all your queries, are in no rush & give you the best possible deal. The clinic itself is also fairly equipped with good hygiene measures. I recently had my first botox & fillers treatment at their clinic in St. Catharines. The nurse Katharine was very nice, polite & knew her job. She comforted me so many times during the treatment. I left satisfied, though still have to see the full desired results which according to them would show up in 2 weeks, hopefully :)

I have visited skin vitality on four separate occasions for lip fillers. The first two, I saw Louise, the NP. Lovely woman and knowledgeable. My third visit I had an RPN inject my lips. Upon healing, the injections were too high and above my natural lip line and I had a visible indentation and notable line near my Cupid’s bow. Skin vitality assessed the damage and initially said that nothing could be done unless I paid for another syringe. If I had not persisted, my emails would have continued to be ignored and phone calls not answered. My lips were fixed. Albeit in an unfriendly environment for some reason. As a practicing RN and service recipient, I would recommend the following before choosing this provider (and others) for any service. 1. Ensure you understand that if you are not happy with a result, for example with my lips, that YOU will have to pay to have them fixed at Skin Vitality despite how often of a customer you are, have been, or would have been. 2. Ask about experience/portfolio/references for the injector. There are many of them with inconsistent quality in service provision, and you want to be sure you will be happy with who you have to prevent being unhappy with your results. 3. Meet and consult with a few providers prior to selecting a company. Just because they are at the top of an advertisement or a large corporation, doesn’t always make them better. Remember that this is my individual experience. Good luck in finding your right provider!

Waste of money. I’ve spent around $3000 (10 sessions) for a Brazilian laser hair removal and there is still a decent amount of hair left. For the cost I assumed when I signed up through Skin vitality that I’d be very happy with the results but that’s not the case. I understand that everyone’s hair grows in different ways however for $3000 I would’ve hoped to be bare by now. The technicians are very friendly and made me feel comfortable but for the price I will not be back.

I first went to Skin Vitality for Cool Sculpting on my ABS. I absolutely loved the results. It helped get rid of the stubborn fat, which was difficult to lose after having babies. I just purchased another treatment package to have cool sculpting done on my flanks. These two areas have always been a problem area for me, no matter what size I am. I am currently going for skin tightening treatments on my face and feeling great with the results.The girls at the clinic are wonderful; always very professional and the receptionists are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable just walking into the clinic (which at first, was not an easy thing to do). Me not being educated I believed them and I did NOT need that much (a second professional informed me) I still had all the wrinkles in my forehead all they did were my 11’s and crows. 6 months later went to a referred professional and she gave me 50 and got rid of 11’s my crows and all forehead. It was my first time going to Skin Vitality. I was really nervous. However Eileen was wonderful. She explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure. Ellysia did the procedure and was also excellent. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. The staff here are very friendly and the service was great. I would definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends.

I had booked an appointment for the fraxel lazer therapy and was very excited all month. However I get to the appointment and the receptionist says that they had cancelled my appointment. I was confused because I had never recieved notification of the cancellation until I arrived for my appointment. The receptionist told me they are no longer providing the fraxel therapy due to covid restrictions, which is understandable, and she tells me that I shouldn't have been booked for the appointment in the first place. I had already paid over 600 dollars, but the receptionist would not give me a refund in the clinic, she said I would have to go through head office. The customer service was prompt to respond, however they kept on trying to get me to book another appointment, instead of giving the refund. After much Back and forth e-mailing, they told me to talk to the financial department, who has still not responded back. Overall I'm let down because I was really looking forward to this treatment, but the lack of clarity, and professionalism makes me hesitant to reschedule. Update - Sarah from customer service as been great to deal with and rectified the situation for me. I have recieved a full refund, and will be hopefully booking in the future!
