Came in today for the first time after finding this spa in a Google search. I love that you can book online. I also love that there are so many options to pick from (i.e. 3 different levels of pedicure). I was fussed over and pampered and now I'm sitting here drinking a mimosa while my toes dry. What a fabulous experience! Thanks Amy, Diamy and Pretty.

Thank you very much to Q1 Nails & Spa and the experience was nothing short of amazing. While Amy took care of the hubby and Prity took care of me the other girl offered us drinks ( Mimosa !! I received a shellac manicure and pedicure from this business, which I had been frequenting since they first opened, however this was a disappointing visit and I doubt I'll return. After paying $110, the shellac on my hands peeled after 1.5 days. They fixed it kindly, to which it peeled after 6 days. The technician DID NOT properly dehydrate my nail beds NOR did she cap off the edges of my nails(hand or feet). So now, only 1.5 weeks of having my nails done, my toes and hands(again) are peeling. Worst shellac application of my life, I have NEVER had this happen after 15 years of shellac manicures.

I had a manicure with Angela, she was great and my nails turned out beautiful. A few days later I had a pedicure with Amy, and my partner had one with Priti. We both loved the service and had a very relaxing time- my boyfriend said it was the best spa experience he’s had. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I will be back in the new year!

I had called the other location and tried to make an appointment, and found out that there was also one on Pelham. I made an appointment with Amy to get a full set of nails. I have known Amy for years, and I know what a great job she does. She did do an absolutely beautiful job on my nails, and Priti waxed my eyebrows. The salon is absolutely gorgeous! It is decorated to a tee, very tastefully done, with totally beautiful decor. I was offered a beverage when I came in, and it just me made me feel really catered to. I will definitely be going back to see the girls and I highly recommend this place! Congrats on the new wonderful salon!

I highly recommend the 40 min pedicure. It was the best pedicure I have ever experienced. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and a top quality experience. It was evident that cleanliness is a top priority at this Spa. The neck and shoulder warmer and offer of a beverage are little details that made it a superior service. I left so relaxed after a hot towel and massage treatment.

two days after lock down I called q1 and was pleasantly surprised that Amy could fit me in. when I arrived at the nail salon it was refreshing to see a clean place without tools all over the place and nail tip clippings all over the floor. they take the extra step with sanitization due to covid concerns which I appreciate. Pretty gave me the most relaxing pedicure worth the cost of 40$. it was not rushed and she took her time with each person she was with. she also frequently sanitized her tools which, lets be honest most places just rinse them off. Amy did my full set and for the first time she did not try to narrow my natural nail to make a coffin shape (I often have too much filing done and my nail beds are sore after) they look beautiful and sleek. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be going back. :)
